Negative experience: I made a reservation for a purchase apartment and they did not respect the contract, with a duration of 1 month they sold it to a CASH buyer. Claiming that my mortgage processing was taking time as if that were their problem, they offered me several times to leave my Broker and go with them to try my luck, outright disloyalty. All completely uninformed about laws and how consumer protection works here in this country. A lot of hidden information among themselves telling me that they had scheduled a meeting to talk when that was not the case, they called me to apply psychological pressure and told me to go collect the money and sign. After I told them that I would apply the law, they said my Broker should come by at 6 PM. Sure, we have to be available for you Carlos and come when you summon us without any notice. May you spend that 3% commission you charge on medication for yourselves or your family members, my sincerest wishes. See you in court, I am going to file a complaint against you. They have no idea, they run out of resources when speaking and start to stutter. A disaster of professionals! Carlos and the one who looks like a chicken with yellow hair.
