Fantastic experience: We have recently bought a property in Nerja and could not be happier with the service we received from Villasol. The sale involved numerous challenges (all out of Villasol's control) and ended up taking a total of 18 months. Karen remained communicative and supportive throughout, which was much appreciated given the complexities of the sale. We went back to visit the property a number of times during this period and viewings were always facilitated without issue. Special mention to Terry, who was very patient, flexible and helpful during each property viewing. Negative experience: I would like to share my experience after my recent encounter with your company. When I visited your office for information about rental options, I had a conversation with an employee. We scheduled an appointment where an inspection of my home would take place to gain more insight into the rental process. A few days later, an employee arrived to take photos of my house. However, I asked to obtain information first before placing my house for rent. Unfortunately, this employee did not understand my need for clarity and provided a price indication without viewing my home. This pricing seemed arbitrary and premature. What further complicated the situation was the lack of professionalism when the employee refused to take off his dirty shoes, which were full of sand. This not only caused irritation but also gave the impression that there was little respect for my home. This experience has seriously made me think about the credibility of positive reviews about your company. I am concerned that the sincerity of these reviews may be questioned. It is my hope that this detailed feedback helps to make improvements in customer service and the approach to potential customers.

They explained in great deal the process to purchase our property, helped us to speak to all the people we needed to and gave us plenty of help all the way through to completion. All queries were answered quickly and it was definitely better than any experience I have had in the UK!

I was very given great advice by Terry from start to finish. I had a very prolonged sale due to probate in the UK however the buyer's and villasol were very patient in waiting and the sale completed around a year after they agreed to purchase my apartment. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for VillaSol Real Estate for the way in which they found me a spacious apartment to rent in Nerja. In the summer I sold my inland property and planned to move to the coast, preferably to Nerja. However, I soon discovered how difficult it is to find long-term rentals on the coast, let alone at a reasonable rent, especially in Nerja. I had almost given up hope when Karen emailed me with the details and video of an apartment that had just come on the market which she thought might suit me. So it proved. One viewing, pleasantly conducted by Terry, and the deal was done, thanks to Karen’s flair for matching properties to her clients' specifications. Fantastic experience: Despite the Covid pandemic we have just completed a property purchase (from afar). We dealt with Villasol - who minded us every step of the way including recommending a really thorough solicitor locally. We couldn't fault them at all - in really difficult circumstances. Terry was our main contact and was really excellent, very understanding, reassuring and nothing was a problem for him. We would unquestionably use Terry and Villasol again in the future.

If it looks to good to be true, it is...] Almost all nice listed properties are rented. Clickbait to get their unwanted stuff rented. Expensive, very late responses. Always an automated reply: 'sorry property rented, please let me know your criteria...' Want to find some place nice to live? You will not find it here. Save yourselves the effort I put in for you. And lot's of other disappointed people.

Negative experience: Actually one star is also too generous. I have sent numerous enquieries to them regarding (seemingly) interresting properties for sale and for lomg term rental. However, on 100 % of the cases, the properties are not available. With regard to rental objects, they are not willing to answere anything about for how long they are rented, etc. Their website is merely loads of "baits" to make you contact them, and then the story repeats itself with a lot of questions, regardless of what you have given of info in connection with the enquieries: what is your budget, what kind of property, what rental period, what region; even sometimes; what is your income (!). The standard answere from them is that their website is not an availability site! What the f.... are they doing for the money the make? This is just simly cheating potential clients.I have tried to call them to ask the same questions as I made with my enquieries, but they just strangle me with continuous talking, absolutely unwilling to listen, whatever method you try; polite or inpolite, I wonder, in their upbringing, if someone ever told them that the customer is always right? I have only one advice; KEEP AWAY!!

Negative experience: The Most unprofessional agency I have ever been in Contact with. The owner is totally selfish. When I was in trying to speak to one agent, Caroline, the owner Karen started shouting across the office that Caroline or them didnt have time to talk. Caroline had more important things to do. This was urgent though. When Caroline was showing the apartment we started renting, it took 30 seconds and we got no information about who to Contact when we had problems or issues. The apartment was in very bad condition and some things were broken when moving in. At one point when we had big problems with the apartment, we called at the Office hours but never got an answer. Tried writing on whatsapp and got an answer back that they didnt have time to answer. We recommend that you never rent or buy anything from Villasol Real Estate Agency. Stay away.
