Positive experience: I can't give 5 stars because of one of the girls who works there, one time she almost attacked me (thankfully the other one intervened and solved it for me in a jiffy) and some time later when I had to return, she didn't even say good morning. She must be very secure in her position, but she is not doing any favors to the agency!

Negative experience: We are in a situation of absolute abandonment and mockery by Noval as the responsible party for the service, and by Astyco, the maintenance company that, contracted by Noval, is in charge of the maintenance of hot water and heating in our building in Milladoiro. Since December 2023, we have been having issues in my home with hot water and heating. This December, with the cold, we had the same problem again. The same technician from Noval, who was outrageously rude and dishonest, came. Without letting us see what he was doing in the water box, he must have touched something inside, so we started to have heating but stopped having hot water. To the point where we had to go shower at relatives' homes. A new complaint, and the new technician who comes tells us that a part needs to be replaced, and in the meantime, we have to choose between hot water or heating. Cold days in December and January. It is supposed they are ordering the part. We filled out Noval's complaint sheet because there is no repair date. We are on January 24 and still without the part. Today the same rude technician comes and tells us that they used to have that part but they ran out. They ordered from the factory but it is no longer being manufactured. So, we don’t know how, he manages to get other parts that he claims to have installed today (he didn’t let us see it or show us the part) so that we can make do. Let's see. Do they think we are gullible? Astyco has been lying to us since 2023 and making up excuses thinking we are not smart, and Noval, as the responsible party for Astyco's maintenance, and being those who charge us monthly for the maintenance of community heating and hot water for each home, is not taking responsibility for solving the problem. We will take further steps to claim our right to service or a refund for non-compliance.
