Fantastic experience: Roland and Charley are by far the best estate agents in Moraira, and I can say this with confidence having registered with every agent in town. All of the other agents simply bombarded us to varying degrees with everything they had in their price range, despite having been given a very specific brief. Roland and Charley had a very clear understanding of what we were looking for, and didn't waste our time with properties they knew we wouldn't be interested in. They kept in regular touch over the course of nearly a year, and they knew they'd found "the house" for us as soon as it came on the market, and they ensured we were the first (and only) people to see it. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process and gave us lots of good advice. Since we bought the house, they have helped us find good local tradespeople and are currently helping us to find reputable builders for our renovations. We trust their advice and could not recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: In January 2014 we visiting Spain looking to buy a property, we were interested in the Altea, Denia, Javea and Moiraira area's. We fell in love Moiraira. We then visited over a few weekends and became frustrated with some agents as we only had a short window of time to view and their disorganization meant we achieved very little on some visits. We then met CB Property Sales who were head and shoulders above the rest they offer such an outstanding professional service we decided to go exclusively with them, even properties we found not on their books they still arranged for us to view. This meant our time wasn't wasted going from here to there. They helped us find our dream home and their assistance through the purchase procedure was invaluable. They continue to this day to be a great help and source of information. We would highly recommend them.
