Negative experience: Bad treatment, they say they will do one thing but don’t. Once they have the money, they give bad responses or don’t reply to messages at all. They are interested in selling, but then they don’t fulfill what they promise. They don’t explain things, thinking the customer knows everything. Initially very friendly, but once the sale is made, the treatment is different. In other words, terrible professionalism.
