Negative experience: Rude behavior from the person replying to WhatsApp messages, saying they are burnt out by the questions being asked. If these people are not professional enough and are burnt out, they should do something else, but professionalism seems to be lacking as they should be able to answer the questions asked of them, even if they have to explain it to each person. Users are also burnt out by the absurdities some real estate agencies commit, and if you do things right, the questions wouldn't burn you out; on the contrary, you would be happy to explain how you do things and show that you do them well, instead of deflecting blame and insulting those of us looking for a decent rental or purchase without the abuses you all commit. Thank you for continuing to drag down the reputation of your sector.

Negative experience: A month ago I contacted them to see an apartment, the next day I had an appointment to visit it: nice house, Ivan kind and available. However, he goes on vacation for a few days and tells me to write my questions and doubts on WhatsApp. And goodbye, Ivan has disappeared into thin air despite my continual follow-ups. Final surprise, today I see that the apartment I visited has been rented to someone, but there is still no trace of Ivan. Terrible experience and total lack of professionalism, a serious real estate agent cannot disappear like this.

Negative experience: I find it to be a rather unprofessional real estate agency, they are not punctual with appointments at all, they first assure you that there are no issues renting an apartment and then after almost a week they tell you no, and this happens with several apartments... In short, deceiving people in this way is shameful.

Fantastic experience: I visited several agencies in Tenerife before finding this one and finding a house thanks to them! I felt great, the staff is super friendly and responds quickly to messages. They helped me and a friend find a house, although there were difficulties with the language, we felt comfortable and they helped us a lot. Negative experience: I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional conduct of Ivan, a representative of this company. Despite our time constraints, Ivan chose to travel to Italy without prior notice and was unresponsive to both calls and messages. This demonstrated a lack of concern for our needs as clients. Furthermore, Ivan waited two weeks to inform us that the apartment we were interested in was not suitable for two people, despite knowing that we were in a hurry. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I understand that there may have been challenges in verifying our solvency, but this does not excuse the poor communication and lack of professionalism displayed by Ivan. It is essential that your company address these issues to ensure that clients receive the level of service they expect and deserve. Never dealing with this company again.

Fantastic experience: After 1 month walking around Puerto and visiting every immo office daily, to find a winter stay in the Puerto area. But all was very expensive... 29m2 studio for 150.000 and other crazy things... I lost hope, but passed this office and talked with Ivan and found inmediatly 5 matches! We visited one the next day and bought it the same day! Very good office for price/quality properties and friendly to help you out!

Negative experience: A few months ago I posted a positive review because the agency seemed nice to me, but my son left his apartment in Puerto de la Cruz at the end of May and I am still waiting for 50 percent of the deposit!!! The cleaning was done. A curtain (already torn) was deducted, but 335 € for the curtain is a bit expensive! I have sent a number of messages showing my good faith, without success. The owner, Anna Isabel Rodriguez Veiga, has not been very honest, I regret that. She shouldn’t have money problems. Did the agency convey my request to her properly? In short, distrust. It is easy to take advantage of tenants, especially when they live abroad :( I expect a positive reaction. I can completely change my review.

Negative experience: We scheduled a visit to see an apartment, Iván was very attentive, polite, and very explanatory with all our doubts. We were delighted so by the end of the visit we were totally decided to rent; he asked for the documentation as soon as possible, which we sent before the next 24 hours. After not hearing back, we sent a message and he replied stating that he would give us an answer in 24 hours because there were more interested people and they were going to make a selection. Nothing about this process was mentioned during the visit, but we are still waiting for a response. To this day, despite trying to contact him, it has been impossible. It is insulting and very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Contacté con esta inmobiliaria preguntando sobre 6 inmuebles que ponían como disponibles en su web y en Fotocasa. Iván me contestó a la primera llamada y me dijo que me iba a llamar el día siguiente para concertar las visitas. Esperé dos días y nada. Envié un correo: Nada. Escribí en Whatsapp haciendo seguimiento: Nada. Después una semana y media sin respuestas fui hasta a la agencia y vi que estaba el número de otra empleada y conseguí contactar con ella. Al final de los 6 pisos (que siguen todos disponible en la web de IHG y en su perfil de Fotocasa) solo 1 pueda que esté disponible de verdad y tampoco están seguros y deberían comprobarlo...

Negative experience: Ya es la segunda vez que me intereso por un piso de alquiler y no tiene ni la decencia de contestarme al WhatsApp. Flaco favor hace a los propietarios de las viviendas si no atiende a los interesados. Y no salga con el cuento de que no le consta mi nombre en su base de clientes, déjese de milongas, puesto que ni siquiera ha llegado a atenderme.

Negative experience: Me dejan plantada después de llamar y contactar por mensaje, donde me dicen que el piso sí está disponible, que no tienen visitas agendadas y que soy la primera en llamar. Me dicen que me van a llamar el día después, o sea hoy, para agendar una visita. Nadie llama, a las 11 llamo yo y nadie contesta, envio otro mensaje y recibo una respuesta que dice que el piso ya ha sido reservado. De quien? Cuándo? Si yo era la primera en llamar, los reservan de noche los pisos? Es así que se trabaja ahora? Muy mal, pésima experiencia, no lo recomiendo jamás.

Negative experience: Fatal, una experiencia horrible ,no llego a la cita y supuestamente tenia notaria en esa misma hora,jajaja . Luego una sarta de mentiras y excusas absurdas .

Ob wir uns noch dort melden ist fraglich.

Negative experience: Edito la reseña porque veo que me han contestado y, no tengo posibilidad de hacer respuesta. En primer lugar, cuando necesité del servicio, me pasé llamando una semana sin respuesta. Y, en segundo lugar, la propuesta que usted dice que me realiza y no la contesto, no lo hago porque yo no he pedido información acerca de ninguna vivienda adosada. Llamé para un alquiler de un piso que había en la zona.
