Negative experience: Negative experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Since I disagreed with the manager about the contract not being fulfilled, she was rude, arrogant, and haughty, and showed little kindness towards us after the hefty commission she took for not taking us to Santa Cruz. We had to go by bus, two people: one of 80 years old and I, 75, at 8 in the morning, and then take a taxi because we didn't know the notary. The only one who behaved well, kindly and politely, was the seller who handled the work; I think he even felt ashamed of the treatment received, but of course, she is his boss. I have mostly worked with Tecnocasa and very well, but I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. And of course, after the commission they take from the seller, I find it an abuse to charge the buyer.

First, they give an appointment, then they change it without providing a reason. The day before the new appointment, we called to confirm the location and they respond that they are pending a counteroffer and that the visit is canceled. It's laughable. On another occasion, they told me that before confirming the appointment and location, I had to speak with someone from their financing department. In other words, someone from Kiron, the Tecnocasa agency, who will be happy to help you look for a mortgage and charge you with fees for their services. Make it easy, be transparent from minute one, predators.

Negative experience: Cuidado! Quise comprarles una casa en Garachico y no me dejaron que el banco le hiciera la tasación para poder poner arras y oferta. Querían las arras y oferta antes de la tasación y me dijeron que no permitían hacer una tasación antes de una oferta, lo cual hablando con mi banco me dijo que siempre se tasa antes de poner una oferta para valorar el valor de la casa. Pretenden que pongas arras y luego las pierdas. Obviamente están escondiendo algo ya que no quieren dejar que el banco tase, lo cual debería ser algo normal antes de dar arras! No les recomiendo. He decidido comprar con otra inmobiliaria más sería la cual me dijo que no hay problema en que mi banco tase antes del contrato. Mucho cuidado! Que se quedan con tus arras y las casas que venden no tienen el valor que piden. Son terribles con servicio al cliente. Son unos peseteros.

Dies hat zu etlichen weiteren Problemen geführt. Man würde denken, dass ein Unternehmen, welches nicht nur den Verkäufer, sondern auch dem Käufer eine Provision zahlen lässt, sich mehr für ihre Kunden einsetzt. Wir schreiben seit über 5 Monaten jede Woche unserer Maklerin und es passiert rein garnichts! Tut euch diesen Stress nicht an und geht lieber zu einem seriösen Makler! Carefull!! You would think that a company which charges not only the seller but also the buyer for a sold house, would put just a little bit of afford into getting happy clients - not here! We have been messaging tecnocasa almost every Week for the last 5 months and they do absolutely nothing but blaming others. Don't get into this stress and rather go to a proper real estate agent!
