Fantastic experience: I acquired a house in Tenerife and the procedures have been rather laborious, but thanks to the very professional, responsive, and friendly support from the entire team at the Financiahogar agency in Playa San Juan, and especially Julian, who has been following the file from the beginning, not to mention the very valuable help from Jennifer, the agency manager. Therefore, I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: IT HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES... WE WENT TO TALK TO MR. ENRIQUE TO SELL OUR APARTMENT AND BUY A HOUSE THAT THEY WERE SELLING AND THEY DECEIVED US. WE DID OUR MANAGEMENT WITH THE PLAYA SAN JUAN OFFICE WITH JENIFER AND EUGENIO AND THEY DECEIVED US UNTIL THE END. HE MADE US SIGN THE DEPOSIT CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF THE APARTMENT AND THAT THE HOUSE WE WANTED WAS ALL OK.... THAT WE SHOULD SIGN WITHOUT PROBLEMS KNOWING THAT THE HOUSE WE WANTED WAS EMBARGOED AND HAD PROBLEMS FOR ITS SALE. AS SOON AS WE SIGNED THE DEPOSIT CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF THE APARTMENT, MR. ENRIQUE IGNORED US UNTIL THE DAY OF THE SIGNING, AND MS. JENIFER TOLD US THAT IF WE DIDN'T SIGN, WE WOULD LOSE THE DEPOSIT. WHEN WE WENT TO THE SIGNING, OUR CLIENT DIDN'T MENTION THAT THEY BROKE THE DEPOSIT CONTRACT IN FRONT OF THEM AND MADE A NEW CONTRACT WITH THEIR COMMISSION TO COLLECT IT BEHIND OUR BACKS. ON THE DAY OF THE SIGNING, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. THEY SENT A REPRESENTATIVE WHO DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT HE WAS THERE FOR AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, HE LEFT US STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SIGNING. THEY ONLY CARED ABOUT SELLING OUR APARTMENT..... THEY LEFT US WITHOUT AN APARTMENT AND WITHOUT A HOUSE. I TRULY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL...... AUTHENTIC SCANDAL-MONGERS....... I HOPE NO FAMILY HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS.

Negative experience: You call the phone and no one ever answers. In the end, we went to the office and ended up waiting outside for 1 hour just to be given another phone number.

Negative experience: I have worked with many real estate agencies in Tenerife, and this has undoubtedly been my WORST real estate experience. The team seems very professional and will talk to you as such, but it is the most incompetent real estate agency I have had the misfortune of working with. Financia Hogar in Playa San Juan only cares about earning their commission. After collecting, they completely disengage from their clients. I bought an apartment with them a month ago. First, they knew perfectly well that the property I was going to buy had issues with the property registry (it was not properly registered), but they didn't want to tell me. Even when I requested the simple note, they did not send it to me (until after going to the notary). What was my fault was trusting this incompetent real estate agency without first ensuring their professionalism. This problem caused me unexpected expenses and took a lot of time. Besides that, I had to rush back to the bank the morning of the signing to make new checks, as they didn't even know how the previous owners divided the apartment and how I was supposed to issue the checks. I have also been asking them for almost two months to send me the water and electricity bills to put the supplies in my name. This is something they should have requested from the previous owners and sent to me themselves before going to the notary. But now they don’t even answer the phone. Of course, because they have already collected their commission, they have lost interest in doing their job. There are hundreds of better real estate agencies in Tenerife. If you want to buy with security and peace of mind, I do not recommend this shady real estate agency.

Negative experience: Son unos sin vergüenza y malas personas. Comienzo a contar mi fatídica experiencia con ellos: Nos alquilaron un piso aun a sabiendas que tenía problemas estructurales y que probablemente llegaría un día en el que tuviesen que cerrarlo para su reforma. Nunca se nos aviso de este hecho y nos consta de primera mano que lo sabían. Tuvimos que abandonar el piso en un par de días por riesgo de derrumbe sin tener a donde ir. Y en ningún momento han tendido la mano para hacerlo más fácil. En el momento de alquilar el piso (aparte de no saber la información anterior) sabíamos que no era el mejor del mundo era viejito y tal, pero nada que no se arreglase aparentemente con una capa de pintura y unos cuantos cambios de mobiliario. COSA QUE NOS PROMETIERON. Iban a pintar el piso en blanco – solo pintaron una pared. Reemplazaron un mueble que tenía termitas en el lavadero- Se llevaron el viejo, nunca trajeron el nuevo. Estuvimos sin lavadora 1 mes. pidiéndosela desesperadamente. Hasta que no contactemos directamente con la casera NADA. Las cortinas que nos prometieron, sigo esperándolas, etc. La gracia que después de hablar mucho con una de las comerciales de la agencia, la cual era un amor al principio hasta que empecemos a pelear por la lavadora. Ella misma se delató, después de decirle que tenía termitas en la puerta del lavadero por culpa del mueble antiguo lo único que dijo fue: ESE PISO NO SE TENIA QUE HABER ALQUILADO, ASI QUE IROS BUSCANDO OTRO SITIO PARA CUANDO SE OS ACABE EL CONTRATO. Por tanto, decidí pasar de ellas y de sus amenazas y arreglar todo por mi cuenta y mi bolsillo. La devolución de la fianza otro asunto, mirando cada rincón para rascar diciendo que si la nevera estaba sucia. ¿PERDÓN? ¿Nos echan del piso en X días porque se cae encima nuestra y quieres que te limpie la nevera? Finalmente, de nuevo, después de que me dieran largas con la devolución de fianza me puse en contacto con la propietaria y se le cayó la cara de vergüenza de escuchar todo esto. Pues decía que ella había pagado por todo esto que le pedía a la agencia. Al día siguiente la propia casera me devolvió la fianza. No se nada de la agencia desde entonces. Si tuviesen un poco de dignidad y de vergüenza devolverían hasta los honorarios que se llevaron al principio por un trabajo que no han realizado.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia. Quise alquilar una preciosa casa y al final me quedé sin ella por una mala comunicación. Quedé ante los propietarios muy mal por no explicar las condiciones antes de firmar el contrato. Yo quería primero ver el contrato y si todo estaba bien hacer la transferencia del alquiler. Luego de este mal momento ni si quiera me llamaron para explicar que me había quedado sin la casa.

Negative experience: UNA VEZ COBRAN LA COMISION SI TE HE VISTO NO ME ACUERDO.
