Negative experience: Both on Google and at the physical office, they provide opening hours that are not accurate. You go to the office during business hours and it's always closed. When you call, they inform you that you first have to speak with a 'public relations' person who takes your details and what type of housing you want, and that later a sales representative would call you. Initially, a very impersonal treatment when you go to buy a home, it's not what I expected. I was looking for the sales representatives mentioned in the reviews, but it’s impossible to easily contact them. I edit the review for Tom's response: I understand that the sales representatives might be on visits, but the explanation regarding the administrative/receptionist performing tasks sounds a bit like an excuse. To begin with, the business hours that appear on Google and the ones on the office door do not match. Additionally, when I called, I was informed that the hours might not be followed and that the way of working is as I mentioned earlier. I even took the trouble to ask nearby shops to get information about your midday closing time and opening hour, and the response I received was not exactly positive. Best regards.
