Fantastic experience: Incredible experience. It is a beautiful and authentic Canarian building. It is divided into 5 apartments. Specifically, ours was a cute one, carefully thought out and with very beautiful decoration. ☺️ The common and outdoor spaces were also super well maintained, including a beautiful cactus garden. Also an incredible pool with an ideal temperature for relaxing. I wanted to highlight Sara's kindness at all times for any type of question, always attentive and with immediate availability. Also, upon arrival, we found a welcome detail; an exquisite wine from the island with some snacks. Fantastic experience: We went to la Casa Medianero for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have hasked for a better destination to honor this special occasion. The house is beautiful, in the outside, with the two amazing terraces and large pool, but also on the inside. The decoration is traditional but comfortable. The house has everything needed and more, showing an extra mile on the hosting care. From check in to check out, we absolutely loved the experience of staying in this place. The hosts, who were always very achievable and helping, leave just next door. They gave us all the privacy we needed, but we loved to meet them one evening and get to know how nice and kind they are. We will surely come back very soon (and many times)! Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I spent our honeymoon at La Casa del Medianero, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Sarah made us feel at home with her warm hospitality. She went above and beyond to help us, even going to the airport to try and recover my computer, which I had accidentally left behind. The house itself is beautiful, cozy, and offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway. Sarah’s parents were also incredibly kind and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Beautiful apartments and a great place to stay in Lanzarote! Clean, spacious and very complete. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the mass tourism (which we considered a big advantage) but central enough to reach restaurants/bars/cafés and spots for other activities within a short amount of time by car. There's lots of information at your disposal through the website/app and Sarah is easy to reach and quick to reply if you have any additional questions.

Fantastic experience: Such a pleasant place to stay! My wife, our 8 month old and I stayed here for 3 nights and were delighted with our stay. The place is nice and quiet with a beautiful pool and outdoor area to eat outside. John was on hand as a host and was incredibly helpful and lovely. Fantastic experience: Great place to stay. We had a wonderfull time with our family. The house was spacious, clean and we did not miss anything. We got a babychair and cod for our 2 year old son. Fantastic experience: The accommodation was very nice and perfectly located to explore the island. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed our days at the accommodation a lot. The pool area is super beautiful and the backyard invites you to have a cozy breakfast as well as to unwind in the evening. Sarah is a great host and very well organized. The guidebook was very helpful with all the information and everything goes smoothly. Her father was a gem and gave us some tips, and it was always nice to have a great conversation. We would immediately book this accommodation again. Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: If you visit Lanzarote, this is the place you want to stay! Centrally located, quiet, clean and small scale! Friendly owners and five beautiful apartments and a lovely swimming pool. Parking is available in a secured parking lot. Good bed, well-equipped kitchen and a lovely shower. Nice veranda by the pool with sun loungers available for all guests. Coffee (bean machine) and tea facilities are available for free all day long. A real recommendation! We will definitely return, we have fallen in love with Lanzarote!

Fantastic experience: A beautifully stylish and very well kept place in a good position to explore Lanzarote. The area is very quiet and the cottage was lovely- all super clean with everything we needed and very cozy comfortable beds. The additional welcome extras of biscuits etc. was much appreciated and the communal coffee machine is great! We loved the beautiful pool and outside areas and hope to return in the future. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic place! Located in a central yet secluded area, it became somewhat of our heart's place. The house has dual access, with a view of the pool in the front and a view of the little volcanic garden in the back. The place enjoys very discreet privacy. Sarah, although not present, has created a very effective way of communication through the web for check-in and check-out, and through which she provides you with a constant and highly detailed guide about the island. The accommodation has a charm that made us fall in love.

The apartment was spacious, very well decorated, functional, and was very well maintained and spotless. Without a doubt, what I would highlight the most about our time there is the attention and care received from John and his wife, the conversations and recommendations they shared with us, the attention to every detail, and the family-like treatment they provided. On the other hand, Sarah was always attentive to our messages to try to offer us the best solution for everything we might need. It made us very sad to leave! Fantastic experience: Wij zijn net terug van een heerlijk 10 daags verblijf op dit prachtige eiland. Tevoren kregen wij van Sarah álle benodigde informatie, waardoor wij ons al welkom voelden. Bij aankomst werden wij heel hartelijk ontvangen door Sara's ouders, warme en gastvrije mensen. Het appartement is erg leuk ingericht, niets ontbreekt. De ligging is rustig, en na terugkomst van een ontdekkingsdag over het eiland, is het heerlijk relaxen aan het mooie zwembad. Koffiemachine is beschikbaar algemeen gebruik. Wij hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf én van de hartelijkheid van de mensen, waardoor wij ons zó welkom hebben gevoeld. Heel veel dank!! Wij raden deze locatie iedereen aan!

Fantastic experience: Séjour parfait avec une hôte prévenante, qui vous offre dès votre arrivée un superbe panier d'accueil et se rend disponible tout le long du séjour en cas de besoin. L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et très propre, Quant à l'extérieur, il est tout simplement magnifique. Je vous recommande cette location les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Fantastic experience: Nous sommes restés quelques jours et tout était parfait, rien à redire : logement très propre et bien rénové, hôtes attentionnés, une bouteille de vin et quelques apéritifs nous ont été offerts. Les extérieurs sont tops, avec une machine à café à disposition. De plus, le logement est idéalement situé sur l'île, pour pouvoir visiter le sud et le nord en un séjour. Je recommande totalement !

Fantastic experience: One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in - the apartment was beautiful and everything we could have needed was supplied. The communal area was stunning - we loved spending time in the garden and by the pool. The communication and instructions were great and all the restaurants that Sarah recommended were delicious. Clearly a lot of thought and care has been put into this airbnb. We also loved the location in the centre of the island - very peaceful and easy to get to everywhere else. We will definitely be coming back here for another visit.

Fantastic experience: We recently stayed in this beautiful property to celebrate a 70th Birthday with the family. It was perfect and the owners were more than attentive to our needs. With the separate self contained apartments, everyone had the space they needed, but due to the set up of the apartments, we were all able to easily spend time together in the communal areas for special family moments and celebrations. The location was perfect, and only a 10 minute drive to the local beaches. This really was a special place to celebrate and Thank you so much for sharing your fabulous property with us.

Fantastic experience: Ce bel appartement est situé au centre de l'île, dans un ancien bâtiment aménagé en respectant l'architecture traditionnelle. Il partage un jardin extérieur et une terrasse avec piscine avec 4 ou 5 autres appartements. Très confortable, avec un grand lit, un espace salon et cuisine. Quelques produits locaux pour démarrer notre séjour nous ont été gracieusement fournis: vin, huile, café, ... L'appartement dispose d'un parking privé, avec une prise pour voiture électrique. Je recommande vivement!

It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay (incl. full kitchen inventory and enough blankets for a colder day) and it was also really nicely decorated and very clean. We loved both the beautiful garden and pool areas; super peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We really felt home here :) The host Sarah and her family were very friendly and helpful; the communication was really smooth. The location is also very convenient for discovering the whole island by car and also not far from the beach area with lots of restaurants (max 10 mins driving). Fantastic experience: This place is just wonderful. I spent a few days with my wife and kids and our stay was perfect. Sarah and her family run the business themselves, which gives it a lovely familiar feeling. They couldn't be more responsive, always around ready to help. The property itself has been beautifully renovated and has an awesome historic background. Great amenities, fully equipped and very kid-friendly. Very good location within the southern part of the island, right next to La Geria and very near Timanfaya. You just can't ask for more. If you find this property is available, don't even think twice!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing 8 night stay at La Casa del Medianero ☀️ Sarah and her family, the hosts were incredibly friendly and put a real focus on making their home feel like your home. The communication is fantastic- responsive, informative and accommodating. The accommodation itself is very well equipped, it felt like everything had been thought through- nothing was missing and everything was designed to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The pool and garden areas were incredible and provided a great place to come back to after a day of exploring. Easy parking + great location for exploring the island. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely place to stay! The hosts were lovely and so helpful, the accommodation was spotless, cosy and beautiful and the outside areas were amazing, with a heated pool which we loved. Everything went so smoothly and we even had a little welcome package which was such a nice touch. We had a car, but the place was only a short walk to some great restaurants. Breakfast (we paid extra for this) was so so good as well. All in all a perfect stay, we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: We stayed for a week in Sarah’s place and it was just perfect ! We were traveling with a toddler (18months) and everything was there for us to have the best experience possible. The pool was warm and the room we choose (Jose) had an independent bedroom so we could enjoy our evening while our son was sleeping. There is a big table outside to have dinner and make BBQ. The location is convenient since it is close to everything - store, beach, sites (about 30mn max). Sarah is a perfect host and always available with good tips about restaurant :) We enjoyed our stay and would come back again ! Thanks again Sarah

Fantastic experience: Very charming and secluded spot in the heart of the island. Great starting point for day trips and a short drive to great restaurants nearby (<5 min) or to Puerto del Carmen (10 min) for an evening dinner and stroll. The apartment itself is very clean and has everything you need (dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, and microwave). Sarah, the host, provided the basics (oil, salt & pepper, coffee and tea) plus a nice welcome package with local wine, crackers and olives. There are five apartments in total. All apartments face two shared outdoor spaces with outdoor lounge area, small tables for two, heated pool and spacious outdoor dinning nook which we really enjoyed every morning for breakfast. Great communication with Sarah and her family who are all very lovely people and made our stay very special.

Fantastic experience: Extraordinary - superb strategic location to explore the island - and with high hospitality! We spend our holiday at La Casa del Medianero and will come back. The owners Sarah & Andres have created a peaceful oasis within the volcanic heights of Lanzarote. La Casa impresses with a cactus garden (with and outdoor lounge) and a pool area (with barbeque, coffee machine, washing machine!). Wake up and look at volcanoes whilst enjoying your first coffee/tea at to the pool! We loved the artisanal atmosphere of the estate which gives you your privacy but also leaves room to interact with other guests, if wanted. The devil is in the detail: The 5 individually designed apartments of La Casa are fully equipped with everything you need. We travelled with a toddler which can be challenging at times, yet Sarah managed to support us as best as possible. A great accommodation where all wishes were being met!

Fantastic experience: Wir hatten eine wunderschöne erholsame Zeit im Casa del Medianero. Der Ort ist eine super Ausgangslage, um die Insel zu erkunden, ein Auto ist jedoch vorausgesetzt. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht jeden Tag perfekt war, konnten wir es uns selbst bei Regen im Wohnzimmer gemütlich machen. Dem Apartment fehlt es unserer Meinung nach an nichts, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und auch Handtücher für Bad/Pool/Strand werden regelmäßig gewechselt. Sarah ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und lässt einem die nötige Privatsphäre. Es gibt eine kleine Cafe Bar am Pool, die wir gerne täglich genutzt haben. Für Elektrofahrzeuge gibt es zukünftig sogar einen extra Parkplatz, der mit der hauseigenen Solaranlage gespeist wird. So geht Nachhaltigkeit. Wir wünschen dir weiterhin viel Erfolg bei deinen Projekten, Sarah.

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet, blitzsauber, in ruhiger Lage. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Unser Appartment Ramon ist offen gestaltet, geräumig mit einem bequemen breiten Doppelbett, kleiner Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine und Walk-In Dusche. Das WLAN ist einwandfrei. Jeden Tag werden die Betten gemacht, alle zwei Tage die Handtücher gewechselt und das Bad gereinigt. Ein toller Service! Es gibt eine Kaffee-Bar im Aussenbereich und einen großen Esstisch, an dem es sich Abend herrlich mit Blick auf den beleuchteten Pool essen lässt. Bei Fragen oder benötigter Hilfe stehen Sarah oder ihr Vater John vor Ort jederzeit zur Verfügung. John ist wirklich ein Schatz. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine dans ce logement. Hôtes réactifs. Superbe hébergement bien décoré avec tout le nécessaire à l’intérieur. Un très bon point de chute pour découvrir cette magnifique île de Lanzarote. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait !

Fantastic experience: Apartamento bonito, limpio y tranquilo. Nos alojamos 3 noches en uno de los apartamentos. El complejo donde esta situado el apartamento es muy tranquilo, pero muy cerca de la mayoría de puntos de interés a parte de supermercados etc; a un lado tienes la piscina y una pequeña zona para comer y al otro lado unas sillas y un pequeño jardín donde leer o trabajar tranquilo. Un auténtico oasis El apartemento es grande limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para que puedas estar cómodamente toda tu estancia. La comunicación con Sarah siempre fue rápida y eficaz, nos indicó perfectamente como llegar y todas las instrucciones necesarias a parte de información sobre la isla. Muy recomendable Sin duda repetiriamos

Fantastic experience: La casa es perfecta. Tanto los espacios privados como comunes son muy especiales. Todo tiene mucho encanto. Si planeas estar unos días visitando la isla, la ubicación es inmejorable, tienes a tiro de piedra tanto el norte como el sur en coche. En cuanto a Sarah, solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento, muy agradable y siempre atenta para cualquier duda que pudiéramos tener. Ya tenemos un sitio al que volver cuando volvamos a Lanzarote - nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Fantastic experience: El alojamiento está genial, perfectamente ubicado en el centro de la isla, parking cómodo, piscina y zona de barbacoa genial para descansar y relajarse. El apartamento muy completo (quizá faltaba algo de menaje de cocina, algún plato, vaso, cubierto más). Por poner una pega, el ruido de la nevera. Los anfitriones de 10, siempre atentos y muy agradables.

Fantastic experience: Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à La Casa del Medianero. La villa est magnifique, le logement est très bien équipé, tout est pensé jusqu'au moindre détail pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison... Voire mieux :) Mention spéciale à la piscine d'eau salée, au coin café/terrasse pour profiter de l'extérieur et à la déco géniale de jour comme de nuit ! Le logement est très propre, la literie super confortable, et la cuisine équipée est très pratique pour pouvoir se faire à manger en toute autonomie. Merci à Sarah pour son accueil, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse, et toutes ses petits attentions. Nous reviendrons certainement, et en attendant nous recommanderons chaudement cet endroit à toute personne se rendant à Lanzarote !

Fantastic experience: Aucune raison de ne pas suivre les 175 autres avis. Un pur bonheur, Sarah est au petit soin et toujours disponible pour nous répondre et nous donner des bons plans. La maison est incroyable, très jolie et bien équipée. On se sent rapidement comme chez soi, on recommande sans aucune hésitation. Merci encore pour l’accueil :)

Fantastic experience: Hem passat uns dies fantàstics al apartament Jose! Està totalment equipat, decorat amb molt de gust i està impecablement net. A mes les zones comuns de La Casa del Medianero son precioses i tant Sarah com la seva família són maquíssims i han fet tot el possible per què la nostra estada fos immillorable. Sens dubte recomano aquest allotjament si tens pensat visitar Lanzarote.

Fantastic experience: Nos hemos alojado durante 5 días con nuestra hija de 7 años y la experiencia ha sido maravillosa. La bienvenida hace que te sientas como en tu propia casa. Al apartamento no le falta de nada y cuidan de cada detalle para que la estancia sea más que agradable. Fantastic experience: El lugar ideal para una estancia relajada y de lo más agradable en una casa, la del medianero, que recuerda con cariño su propia historia. Todo está cuidadísimo hasta el último detalle y uno se siente como en casa, pero en un pedacito de paraíso.
