Negative experience: We had arranged with a person named Julia to visit a resort complex, and it turns out that the security of the complex informed us that entering the premises was prohibited. Make sure to gather good information before hiring the services of these people.

Fantastic experience: Purchased our apartment through Atlantico in Feb 24. Couldn’t fault them at all. They made sure everything was done for us along the whole process l. Always keeping us informed and answered any questions and queries immediately.. smooth easy and safe process from start to finish.. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling with them…

Negative experience: As the owner of a series of properties, I entrusted them with the task of selling them. It turns out they were charging an extra fee to clients outside of the public deed. According to my evidence, which we will present to a judge, they charged 20,000 euros if you were a foreigner and 10,000 euros if you were Spanish. In short, a bunch of pirates.

Negative experience: Beware of these pirates. When you go to buy a home, they ask you for money outside of the public deed.

Fantastic experience: Oh my lord where do I start, Atlantico Homes are the most fantastic, professional, noble and honest people I know. I’ve have just completed on an apartment in Puerto Del Carmen last week. 95% of the arrangements happened through Atlantico Homes, I had very little to do, everything I did was explained in detail, nothing was to much trouble, the notary, bank account ,contracts all arranged and explained by Atlantic Homes. I can honestly say I was amazed at how good Fal, Julia & Martin were, the faces of Atlantico Homes the people who make things happen, without there help and sorry guys I need to thank Fal, for everything she did to put my mind at ease during the purchase of my beautiful apartment. Fantastic experience: Be glad that you landed at this real estate agency, I can only tell you that. They do everything for you. They go with you to the bank, get you the NIE number, and register all the taxes as well as electricity and water services. Not like at Lanzarote Investments. There you have to hire a lawyer for all the aforementioned activities and you have to pay these additional costs before the notarization.

Fantastic experience: The team at Atlantico Homes were superb and very professional. They helped us through the whole buying process. They helped us with the Notary, arranging a bank account and and obtaining our NIE numbers. Fantastic experience: In January 2023 we sold our property in Matagorda with Atlantico Homes. The reason we chose to work with the team, is because we purchased our property with them 10 years ago. On both occasions the advice and support we received was excellent. When we bought the property, the team helped us with every step in the process, from opening a bank account, and registering with the various utilities, to the actual purchase. It was a remarkably stress free process throughout. When the time came to sell this year, we did not consider using any other Company to work on our behalf. Martin is very knowledgeable about market prices and trends, and gave us sound advice throughout the sales process. He ensured that any prospective Buyers were credible, and advised us well on accepting, or rejecting, various offers. Julia was very thorough, and ensured that every single legal requirement was fulfilled. She was a pleasure to work with, and even helped us to complete the bank transfers to the UK with the sale proceeds. I have no hesitation is recommending this team and their great service !

Fantastic experience: We recently bought our first property on the island after thinking about it for years, thankfully we chose to go with Atlantico Homes after other people living on the island recommended them to us, we’re so glad we did. Firstly Martin showed us many properties and when we found the one we wanted he took us back to view it numerous times and was happy to help. Fal sorted all the breakdown of finances, organised a bank account, other legal requirements and put us in contact with whitespay who got us the best rate to transfer the funds. Nach einem ersten Kontakt bekam ich sofort die ersten Vorschläge und einen Tag später die ersten Besichtigungen. Ich hab mich sofort in das erste Appartement verliebt, zwar noch zwei andere mit Julia angeschaut, aber meine Entscheidung war gefallen. Was anschließend ablief, war Immobilienkauf in Perfektion. Alle bürokratischen Arbeiten wurden abgenommen, Bankkonto eröffnet und NIE zusammen mit Julia erledigt. Am Tag des Notartermins gab es noch ein kleines Problem mit der Bank der Verkäuferin, aber auch das wurde ganz schnell erledigt. Ich bin absolut Happy so eine unkomplizierte, kompetente und menschlich so hervorragende Maklerin wie Julia gehabt zu haben, und kann Atlantico Homes absolut empfehlen ☀️️

Fantastic experience: Buying a property in Lanzarote had been a dream of ours ever since we first came to the island, but the thought of dealing with associated bureaucracy had always put us off making that step. This time we progressed from the window shopping to speaking to estate agents, and it was only once we had spoken to Fal at Atlantico Homes that we felt confident enough to make the next move. Fal explained the process and the associated costs in detail, and that she would be there to help us with each and every step needed to realise our dream. With our fears allayed, we went through the list of properties in our price range and between us we came up with a shortlist of properties to view. We spent a morning viewing 6 properties in total, discussing the pros and cons of each to narrow down our priorities. By the end of the morning we had fallen in love with an apartment in the Atlantic View complex in the Los Mojones area of PDC (old town), which was undergoing a complete renovation of the complex under the management of Atlantico Homes. As we had viewed the property in the early stages of the renovation, we were able to work with Johnny from Atlantico Homes and design the layout of the property interior to make it suit our needs, even down to where we wanted the electrical sockets! We were able to make regular visits to the apartment whilst it is undergoing the renovation, and Johnny has been available to discuss the progress and answer any queries we have had. Throughout the process of buying our new apartment, Fal was true to her word and arranged the appointments required to get our NIEs and to set up our Spanish bank account, to which she accompanied us to ensure we understood everything and could ask questions about anything we were unsure of. At any time that we had any questions, Fal was quick to respond to emails or texts, and we felt fully informed of the progress in the purchase. When it came to the big day where we became the owners of the apartment, Fal drove us up to the Notary office in Arrecife, where she dealt with all of the paperwork on our behalf. We met with the Independent Translator who read through the contract to ensure that we understood what we were signing for. After signing the contract, Fal then set up the direct debits for the Community fees and property related taxes. We can highly recommend using Atlantico Homes for your property purchase; they are genuinely nice people who take the stress out of buying your place in the sun, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

Negative experience: Aftersales sehr schlecht! Keine Garantieübernahme. Man muss vorweg für die anfallenden Reparaturen in einem neuen Haus genügend Geld bereitlegen! Schon beim Einzug fangen die Probleme an.

Fantastic experience: We are here on a three week stay in Playa Blanca. We spoke to two estate agents but both was negative speaking about each other’s agency one even told me not to use one and this was very off putting and not nice behavior. While we was walking in Puerto del Carmen we spotted a company called Atlantico homes.The next day they met us in Playa Blanca at our hotel to show us two new developments in Playa Blanca. We fell in love with both but we decided to go with Atlantico Rubicon Villas as they are so close to the new development going on and believe this is a good investment. They have already set the ball in motion with opening a bank account and are sorting are NIE numbers out for my wife and I. They also have a hotel of their own and we will stay there when we come back to sign at the end of October free of charge. We are so happy with are new home and Can’t wait to actually sign and get our new holiday home. Thank you

Positive experience: Letztendlich war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und mit der Abwicklung. Am Anfang lief es etwas zäh, es dauerte lange bis sie uns alle für uns nötigen Unterlagen für die Immobilie zur Verfügung stellten. Erst nach Hinterlegung der Anzahlung bei einer Anwältin wurden sie dann kooperativer. Aber ab dann lief alles ohne Probleme. Besonders hervorzuheben hierbei ist die super Zusammenarbeit mit Julia H. Von atlantico homes. Ohne den Kontakt zu ihr hätte ich die Kaufverhandlungen wahrscheinlich abgebrochen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Please research before making a commitment. Speak to locals on the island who will give a true account of this company.
