Villas Villalia

Negative experience: THE WORST HOLIDAY OF OUR LIVES The first impression when we entered the house was very good, indirect lights on, towels arranged as if it were a hotel, the layout... And then it went downhill. We started to see the plague of bugs, ants, and giant cockroaches walking everywhere, even on the beds. One of the rooms had a hidden bug that made high-pitched noises at night, and we couldn’t use that room. Because of this, my wife and the girls slept very uncomfortably in the smallest room, with no space and no air conditioning, and I was in the other one which was bigger but didn’t have blackout curtains; the curtain lets in light and you wake up when the sun comes up. Villalia tried, but didn’t solve this bug infestation. The next day there started a big construction in one of the community villas, and they were demolishing several walls for days. We couldn’t even talk, the noise from the power tools was very loud and it vibrated our house. Villalia says they have no control over this, but the construction promoter told us they had been notified and Villalia didn’t warn us so we could cancel our reservation. They offered to move us to another house for a few days and then to a different one. Changing houses multiple times is traumatic because it takes a lot of time to settle in. Attention! This may repeat in the future because these villas are being renovated with new configurations with fewer internal walls and openings to the exterior towards the pool, and almost all the Villalia villas are in this community. Some furniture is not the same as what is seen in the photos, where you see new and comfortable chairs on the porch, in reality, they are old, broken, and uncomfortable wooden chairs. Coffee maker that leaks water, no utensils for the grill, nothing to clean the pool from insects, and on the first day we couldn’t bathe. There’s no bathtub and no clips for the washing machine… Previously we vacationed in villas in Lanzarote, and they are better equipped and bug-free because they apply treatments to prevent them.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Villa Gaumet, a couple with 2 children, aged 2 and 4, from June 15 to 26... and the experience has been amazing. The house is just as it looks in the photos, beautiful... It is comfortable, clean, new... and has everything necessary... We loved that it is in a super quiet area and it is ideal for children. Next year, we are very clear that we will repeat!! Congratulations on having such beautiful villas and thank you for taking such good care of us...!!

Fantastic experience: Stylish and relaxing place in a quiet compound, host was very response and understood we accidentally broke a glass, all clean and ready to be used, we would definitely repeat in case we come back to the islands, we’ve got number 31 with good sun orientation both in the morning (front terrace) and in the evening (swimming pool area - facing Montaña Roja)

Fantastic experience: We had a great time here for 2 months and booked the same time next year after just 4 weeks. We had a couple of minor issues with the property and IT but the management agents, Stéphanie and Aridane, with brilliant in sorting them quickly. Can't wait to go back

Die Agentur Villalia ist sehr professionell und zuverlässig. Hier ist der Kunde gut aufgehoben und hat keine bösen Überraschungen, wie so oft im Urlaub. Immer erreichbar, wenn es nötig ist. Wir haben schon mehrfach hier gebucht und werden es auch in Zukunft immer tun. Da weiß man was man hat. Top

Fantastic experience: Porque no hay más estrellas si no les ponía más, increible villa con todo tipo de detalles, totalmente equipada ya que no eché en falta nada que no tuviese en mi casa, en nuestro caso nos alojamos en dos villas diferentes ya que decidimos alargar las vacaciones en el último momento y evidentemente no habia disponibilidad en la primera asique nos alojamos en otra, si que es verdad que notamos bastante la ubicación entre una y otra ya que una daba a la montaña y era "mas privada" y la otra no pero bueno es algo que ya contábamos con ello porque lo especificaba en la descripción de la villa. Sin ningún tipo de duda repetiremos el año que viene ya que estamos enamorados de esta isla y ahora hemos encontrado el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de ella.

Fantastic experience: Súper tranquilo, la piscina a una muy buena temperatura, muchísima claridad dentro de apartamento, casi todo son cristaleras.

Fantastic experience: Villa cómoda, limpieza interior y exterior impecable, incluso la piscina, la cual pasaron a limpiar y comprobar al tercer día, comunicación telefónica y atención exquisita ! antes, durante y después de la estancia, se nos quedó un objeto en la villa y tras llamada se comprometieron a enviarlo a nuestra dirección, urbanización privada y muy tranquila para el descanso y con garaje propio, detalle de bienvenida, leche, agua, patatas fritas, azúcar, zumo... En definitiva, fue un acierto reservar con ellos. Villa 33
