Fantastic experience: From start to finish, I received the most efficient, friendly and helpful treatment in selling my property, via House Lanzarote. All the complicated legal requirements for selling were both explained verbally and in writing, and at no time did I feel patronised when asking questions. I was constantly kept up to date with bookings for all viewings by phone, and any queries I sent via email were always answered promptly. The sale was made as easy as possible, and I would highly recommend this company to all those seeking to either buy or sell a property in Lanzarote. Well done to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: From Helen Waddington UK We recently purchased a property through House Lanzarote working with Tim Bussien. We had viewed the property briefly before returning home to the UK. It could have been very difficult, as we had to use a POA and work towards NIE numbers. Purely down to the diligence and professionalism from Tim we managed to complete within the time frame. From start to finish we found House Lanzarote extremely helpful with all paperwork. Such a lot of admin, processes and bureaucracy, which at times could have felt difficult. Such a calm attitude was a real bonus and I can highly recommend them as an extremely good Agent for any purchase in Lanzarote.

Negative experience: Hoy he tenido la peor experiencia con un agente inmobilario, su mal trato y mala profesionalidad a la vez que no sabía hablar bien español y no nos podíamos entender por el lenguaje. Ha sido muy grosero y mal educado al llamarle a los 10 minutos más tarde xq nos ha surgido un problema de imprevisto y no he podido llamarle, me dice k se había ido y sin avisar, le e dicho que como no me llama antes de irse y le había confirmado que ya llegábamos y como no le quedaba excusas me argumenta que yo ya le había hecho otra vez algo así y sin entenderlo del todo me cuelga sin despedirse. Esta agente se llama Tim, al explicarle por mensaje y pedirle explicaciones k porque me cuelga me contesta con un emoji riéndose. Lo siento pero has sido poco profesional y muy maleducado por tu parte. Al llamar a la agencia y explicar lo k me había echo este señor tampoco noté nada de arrepentimiento. Así que no puedo recomendar esta inmobilaria bajo ningún concepto no sola para comprar si no que tampoco para que me vendan alguna propiedad ya que se le ha podido escapar una venta. La casa en la que estaba muy interesada era en Playa honda.
