Kyle Properties Lanzarote S.L.

Negative experience: We are just back from Villa Calero in Puerta del Carmen. We have often used Kyle Properties in the past but this time we were severely disappointed. The villa was dirty and uncared for on the outside and awful on the inside. There was broken garden furniture, a large pile of rubbish, tiles sticking up, filthy window louvres, the garden was strewn with old bottle tops, the outside hadn't seen a broom in a long time as evidenced by the old cigarette packs lying around. Outside the back door the entire panel was missing from the pipework next to which was broken plasterwork lying in a bucket. The pool is covered in rust marks and, as you enter the pool by 3 steps the last of which slopes downwards, you slide very easily and there is no handrail for safety. Most of the mosaic tiles around the pool were missing but we found them scattered in the garden beside the bottle tops. It was dismal inside too with black mould growing on the ceiling of the main bathroom, 24 spoons but only 6 knives, grey bedding and badly stained duvets which we didn't want to inspect too closely, the covers on the couches were so dirty we didn't sit on them but sat at the dining room table every night. Two of the major windows did not open or shut properly. There was no walk-in shower despite it being advertised as having one. We even had to go and buy a pack of playing cards (not that they cost much) and a torch as there is no light anywhere near the bbq. The gate intercom does not work and anyone can reach over the gate and turn the handle so no security for the grounds. Considering the price paid for the week which was meant to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary, we would certainly never stay there again and would certainly recommend that no-one else does either.

Fantastic experience: This was our second time with lanzarote4u. The apartment this time was spotless and had everything we needed and more. It was perfectly located for us, just a short walk from the strip and a small supermarket nearby. Lanzarote4u organised a taxi for our return to the airport which was a bonus and it arrived on the dot. We would recommend this company and will be using them again next year.

Fantastic experience: Already stayed 5 times at villas with Lanzarote4u and booked for next year also. Cannot fault them at all - all the staff are great (look after Tiger the cat , plus the additions this year ‍♀️) Location. Facilities, Cleanliness all 100% Wouldn’t stay in PDC with anyone else. Fantastic experience: I have been using Kyle properties lanzarote for the last couple of years, as always Everything from start to finish was perfect. The villas are in pristine condition and equipped with everything you need. The the pool area is fabulous with fantastic views. I would highly recommend this company..

Fantastic experience: Had a fabulous stay in villa Ananda. It really did live up to my expectations from the photos. Beds were so comfortable, and the pillows fabulous. Pool area was gorgeous, sun all day. Had a bit of trouble early on, pool level was dropping, emailed management and it was sorted as soon as possible Good location if you like the old town. Taxi number in welcome book arrived in 2 mins from phone call. 3.50e taxi to strip. Easy walk to old town bars and restaurant. 5 mins down hill. Handy for lidl. We hired a car, plenty of parking. Pool table could do with upgrade. Balls were rolling in their own very off level was more like playing crazy golf!!! But we had fun anyway.. Other than that everything perfect Cannot recommend enough. Look forward to returning.

Fantastic experience: Great villas and great service, I proposed to my girlfriend on a holiday when staying with Lanzarote 4 u and they went above and beyond with dropping Champaign to the villa and flowers and answering call before the stay and helping with every request, 3 stays now and not one negative
