Ayudan en todos los aspectos de la instalación en Lanzarote, lo cual es invaluable y no dudaría en recomendarlos a cualquiera que esté buscando comprar o vender una propiedad en Lanzarote.

Nick, Sophie y su equipo ayudaron a vender nuestra casa en Lanzarote y no pudieron haber sido más serviciales. La casa se vendió muy rápido y la comunicación del equipo fue de primera categoría, manteniéndome actualizado en todos los puntos de contacto principales y gestionando todo el papeleo, de los cuales hubo una cantidad significativa. Desde la puesta en el mercado hasta su finalización, solo tomaron 4 semanas con toda la documentación necesaria, el banco, el ayuntamiento, los notarios, la traducción y la policía, todo de manera rápida y profesional. Nick también manejó la venta y la banca el día de la venta. Definitivamente lo usaría de nuevo.

Negative experience: Unfriendly, almost cheeky. When asked about a property in PDC, we were told that everything displayed was no longer available. Another agency was friendly, and we found a beautiful property. I would never inquire here again ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: We received a top quality and professional service from Sophie and her team when we were selling our property in puerto del carmen. We couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and attentive service as she helped us stay in contact with the legal aspect and the multitude of other tasks which made this normally stressful time, a lot easier for us. Especially as we were not present on the island during the sale. Thanks again Sophie and team.

Fantastic experience: Nick, Sophie and team helped sell our house in Lanzarote and couldn't have been more helpful. The house sold super quick and the communication from the team was top notch, keeping me updated at all the main touch points and managing all the paperwork - of which there was a significant amount. From putting on the market to completion took just 4 weeks with all the necessary documentation, bank, town hall, notaries, translation and police all done swiftly and professionally. Nick also handled the sale and banking on the day of sale. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent on all levels. We've bought before in Lanzarote and thought that service was good but after our experience with Nick and Sophie at Real Estate Lanzarote we realise what quality and profession estate agents are. They did everything for us and our purchaser to make the whole experience stress free, quick and easy. We felt completely safe in their hands and and well look after in a situation which was well out of our understanding and knowledge. They did over and beyond what we were expecting in terms of getting all the paperwork side of things in place and at no extra charge. I don't normally recommend people but just had to on this occasion they are outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Real Estate lanzarote have been operating for a long time in Puerto del Carmen and this shows in the service that they have given both me and my parents in selling our houses in lanzarote . Nick has gone out of his way to help us and secure sales and the process that followed them ran smoothly .
