Fantastic experience: My wife and I bought a fantastic house in Playa Blanca back in April 2024. Although we were outside of Europe for over two months at that time, the buying process worked flawlessly and smoothly. This is clearly due to the efforts of Johanna van Hal from Optima Estate! Upon her recommendation, we hired a German-speaking Spanish lawyer who reliably handled all the necessary paperwork during our absence. We have only had the best experiences with Johanna. Fantastic experience: We have recently purchased a property in Playa Blanca from Optima Estates. It’s not the easiest thing to do, but the whole process was made simpler by the wonderful staff at Optima. Our agent, Johanna was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I stayed at Villa Blue - No66 in Playa Blanca with my wife, 2 sister inlaws and mother inlaw. Everthing was great: separate towels for the pool were provided and as well as 2 sets of hand and bath towels for each person. Villa was very clean. There was complementary tea, coffee, pizza, water, milk and lots of other stuff. We stayed there 7 nights, and when the pool got cold and one of the bedroom lights did not work, I e-mailed and these were fixed the next day. We had a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer ...the list is endless. Great villa and great service from Optima Villas. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

As a lady buying on her own, you can imagine it was a bit daunting but Johanna made the experience so simple and smooth. Fantastic experience: In December we purchased a villa in Playa Blanca through Johanna at Optima Estates. Johanna dealt with the entire process. Having never purchased a property abroad we were understandably nervous. Thankfully the whole experience was excellent, from the original viewing online, the in-person viewings and then all the legal paperwork and finances. Johanna set us up with a great solicitor in Arrecife as well as an appointment to open a bank account. She even helped us with contacts after completion. Honestly we can not recommend Optima Estates enough, professional people and a pleasure to do business with them.

Fantastic experience: We bought a property in Playa Blanca with the help of Johanna and cannot speak highly enough of her and Optima Estates. From the initial contact right the way through the service we got was first class and we always felt our interests were being prioritised.This was a very new experience to us and Johanna not only helped us through the full buying process but suggested reliable solicitors, Currency Companies, Banks to go to and she also helped guide us through the many nuances of Spanish law which differ greatly from British law. Fantastic experience: So after my search with another agent failed miserably, I found a villa through optima estates. I arranged to meet Julia who picked me and took me to the villa, the villa was amazing as was Julia, I put an offer in within 3 hours of viewing. Throughout the process Julia has been excellent and I don’t think i would be lying here in the beautiful Lanzarote sunshine with my kids loving the pool if it wasn’t for Julia at optima, I don’t speak Spanish and must of messaged Julia at least 30 Times with questions of what does this and that mean, Julia made it so easy for me, from sorting the legal team and an accountant, tv and pool company’s. I 100% recommend Julia and optima estates and like me you Will have your dream villa in the sun if you use optima estates no questions

Fantastic experience: We bought our villa on Alegranza through Optima. Julia showed us round a number of villa's allover playa Blanca,nothing was too much trouble. She would work outside normal hours and answer many of our questions without any fuss. As I was back in England Julia sorted everything.

Fantastic experience: We have just sold our villa in Lanzarote. We chose Optima estates to try to sell it for us. The service we got from them was first class.
