Fantastic experience: I am super happy with the Ocean real estate agency and very grateful because, when I needed them the most, they were there to help me, especially Hans. He was very kind with the rental of the apartment, I wanted them to change the kitchen and they installed everything new. I am very grateful for their kindness and efficiency.

Negative experience: If you are Spanish or Hispanic, it's better not to get close, the owner doesn't even bother to shake your hand for a greeting. With a simple question, he limited himself to saying 'I do not rent houses, I don't want problems.' Did he know what I was going to ask? He is unpresentable in every way. There are real estate agencies a thousand times better and surely more polite around the area.

Negative experience: He llamado porque estoy buscando alojamiento para un grupo de personas y la primera contestación ha sido que me busque un hotel, así, sin más. Desde luego creo que podría haberme despachado de una forma más elegante y profesional.

Negative experience: La inmobiliaria no es nada profesional, ni siquiera sabe utilizar el ordenador para hacer un contrato legal, te cobran en B siempre que pueden. El local está desordenado y sucio habitualmente. El horario, abre cuando le da la gana.
