Negative experience: Contacte con ellos para alquilar una casa. Una vez firmada la reserva me detectaron un problema que necesitaba una intervención quirúrgica inmediata. Les solicité la anulación de la reserva y que me devolvieran la fianza ya que se trataba de un caso de fuerza mayor, pero se negaron. No los recomiendo en absoluto. Poca empatia y humanidad.

After sending them the required documentation and being told that it would be ready, they suddenly tell me that they are closing and that we cannot do it until the next working day, in this case from a Thursday to a Monday, knowing that it would mean looking for a hotel. In short, regrettable experience and little professionalism.

Negative experience: No recomiendo para nada, ni prestan atención a los deseos del cliente sino que presentan porquerías de casa en lugar de la que corresponde a la búsqueda y la cita establecida.

Negative experience: Cuidado porque sólo les interesa vender aunque la vivienda no sea legal, luego el problema lo tienes tú. Caso verídico que me ocurrió con una vivienda en Chiclana que me decían que estaba todo legal y al ir a urbanismo tenía sanciones y no era como me habían dicho. Repito, cuidado.

Negative experience: Llevo 5 días esperando que me llamen. Les he insistido 3 veces y te dicen si si y nada. Encima he visto el mismo piso en dos páginas distintas (wallapop e idealista) a precios totalmente distintos 370 vs 450.

Negative experience: Saben q estas mal y no t buscan nada nuevo y te dicen q mala suerte q a ellas tb les paso y después de insistir por mi pesima situación v y eso de decirlo 3 días después de firmar contrato al día de hoy sigo en la casa le llamas te dicen q estan con un cliente y q luego te llaman pero nada. . No lo recomiendo para nada. No le pongo un cero pq no se puede
