We were able to see the available apartments that same day. Our Spanish isn’t the best but she was so patient with us and so sweet. I felt very safe with her and she took care of us. Fantastic experience: I bought an apartment in Garrucha. It was a Saturday morning, about 2000 km away I saw the ad on a real estate portal. I contacted them that same day, I didn't want to miss the opportunity to buy it, I made a deposit and we agreed on a date for the notarial signing on September 30, 2024, and sure enough, on September 30, it was signed. The deal and attention during this time were excellent, friendly, and very professional, considering that I was relocating from Gran Canaria and received all the help I needed. Negative experience: REEDITO.Todo casi correcto, excepto qué no se nos dió toda la información respecto al piso qué se compró, nos hemos ido enterando por gente de aquí. Por parte de la inmobiliaria, debería saber si ha fallecido alguien, de manera o no extraña en la vivienda, y comunicarlo, no enterarnos por vecinos. Es más, todo estaba bien, según nos dijeron, y hemos tenido qué cambiar todos, pero todos los electrodomésticos, lo cual nos lo podríamos haber ahorrado, sí se nos hubiera dicho la verdad. Siento poner ésto, pero la gente debe saber lo qué hay y lo qué no. No tuvimos buena experiencia con los vendedores. No tenían ni idea de cómo estaba su apartamento, qué eso ya es de traca.......
