Fantastic experience: I have bought a property and also sold a property with Zar2010 and had great experiences on both occasions. Alfonso the owner speaks very good English which makes things very easy. He gives honest unbiased advise about the different areas and is extremely pro-active. He is an expert on Garrucha property although deals with property in other areas. I had my apartment in Garrucha for sale with 3 agents at one point and Zar2010 was the only agent who got me viewings and sold it. I believe other local agents can over value properties which slows down the sale of them. Alfonso will value your property realistically. He can also give contacts of local solicitors, plumbers electricians and so on. Can not recommend Zar2010 highly enough
