Negative experience: Regarding this real estate agency, I have little to say... I'll start from the beginning, they rented me a property that, two months after moving in, they put it up for sale... Knowing from both sides (both the owner of the apartment and the real estate agency knew this was going to happen)... Apart from showing the apartment to interested people with all my good faith... The day they sold the apartment, things got worse... and were managed poorly, they gave me a month to leave the house, skipping all procedures and parts of the contract... thinking that I would agree without consulting lawyers, I had the renewed contract and had 9 months left until its expiration, the person responsible for the agency wanted me to believe that my contract stated that if they needed the apartment for themselves, I had to leave, and if that clause exists, but since the apartment was not for them to live in, but to sell, that clause disappears. Don't be deceived by this, please!!! The real estate agents and the owner are very clever... They appealed to my humanity... The same humanity they had with me when telling me I had a month to leave that house, it was all surreal, as you can imagine... When consulting with lawyers, I had the law on my side, and I reached an agreement to leave, the agreement they requested in the same way if I abandoned the property early, so please do not let yourselves be fooled, to this day the contract ended almost two months ago... And I still haven't received my deposit back, the owner has blocked me, and the person responsible for the agency, who presented the papers for the return of that deposit... Now she tells me she washes her hands of it, that her job is done... And that if I want something, I should send a burofax to the owner since I have the address... I advise you not to do anything with this place, they only act out of their own interest and benefit... their humanity is -1000. Good luck elsewhere........ look at what you asked me if I left before the contract ended..., I haven't asked for anything you couldn't do for me in return; for you, my deposit doesn’t matter, but after doing things the way you have, empathizing a little with people... doesn't cost much... something you don't do, and yes... since I had been living there for two months, you told me you would come to see the house...... I don't care, I know what I've lived on your part, and I do not recommend it to anyone, end of discussion, we will see how this continues, and if it bothers you, I’m sorry, there is something called freedom of expression, and luckily or unfortunately I have all this recorded from where we communicated, including the threats with the audios.

Negative experience: Hello, we have been trying to rent an apartment for a month. On the first day we called, they asked us for the necessary documentation. After hundreds of messages, with calls going unanswered, they told us that they would leave the apartment on Sunday and that we would schedule a visit on Monday. Instead of calling us on Monday, they called 5 minutes before to say that they rented it to some people who went half an hour before us, without any selection or anything. This lady who has been attending us is terrible, a bad agent, and I suspect there are some hidden interests on her part, not at any moment from the agency. In short, I communicate this to prevent it from happening to anyone else, and if they ask for documentation, do not provide it without visiting the property first. By the way, I hope the agents they have are more competent than this lady. I just read about another victim who thinks that after making a deposit to secure the apartment, when the owner backed out, she suspects it might have something to do with her husband being African. I just realized my husband is not African, he is in a wheelchair. I don't want to think negatively, what do you all think?

Negative experience: My experience with them has been disastrous. After viewing an apartment for rent, supposedly having passed the insurance with my documentation and that of my partner, after meeting the owners and going through the interview and paying the deposit for the apartment on the first day. A week before the contract signing, the owners backed out after meeting my partner (I don't know if it was due to racism, being African). Supposedly, the total blame was on the owners, but the agency washed their hands of it and left me without a home a week before the move-in date. I believe they need to be more professional, and when they take the deposit and have you sign a document, the rental should be secured since the agency is responsible for the rental, given that they were going to charge me a monthly fee, even if it wasn't legal.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con ellos como bien saben no ha sido nada buena. Personalmente como inquilina no la recomiendo, ya que durante tres años que he estado de alquiler con ellos no han facilitado la comunicación con el arrendador, por el contrario han empeorado la comunicación. Ya lo he visto en otros comentarios y lo repito, no dan de baja los suministros y luego quieren que tú pagues los días que ha estado dado de alta sin que tu vivas allí... Por suerte al final la casera sí que ha entendido los cálculos que he hecho (pagar los días y kw que yo he consumido solamente) y se ha solucionado. Edito tras la respuesta por parte de la inmobiliaria: mi mala puntuación en ningún momento se debe a la fianza ,que cómo indicáis es un tema entre el casero y el inquilino (además ya resuelto). Si no que se debe a que no he percibido una buena atención por vuestra parte desde el primer día y hasta después de terminar el contrato. Por otra parte el tema de los suministros sí que es responsabilidad vuestra (o así me lo hicistéis ver, y fue cómo sucedió cuando yo me mudé). No los disteis de baja y tuve que hacer yo los cálculos porque habiéndome ido el día 28 de enero queríais que asumiera los gastos fijos hasta el 3 de marzo (cuando lo hablé con los caseros lo entendieron sin problemas)
