Negative experience: At the Tecnocasa real estate agency in Cullar Vega, they are not competent at all. They do not tell the truth to either sellers or buyers. If everything goes smoothly, then it's great, but if any problems arise.... Let me share my experience as a buyer. We don't know how the sellers have fared because they have denied us any possible contact and interaction with them, probably to conceal information from both parties. First, they showed us a house. Since we liked it, they asked for a €1000 deposit to negotiate the price a bit. Once you hand over that money, they tell you that if they accept you and you have a change of heart, they will charge you almost €5000 in commission for doing nothing, because they do not work for the buyer, and they write in the contract that it's by mutual agreement.... (Their agreement, the buyer has no say; it's already established by them). Well, you want the house, you go through the hoops, and they accept your proposal. Now they tell you that one of the sellers has a problem and that the signing may be delayed a couple of weeks longer than normal (which would fall within the normal range), and that they have permission to sell the house, and that everything is fine... (None of that is true). To proceed with the purchase, you have to submit more than 10% in earnest money (if you back out, you lose it; if the sellers back out, you get double back). And now they start stalling you, saying one doesn't want to sign, their lawyer isn't responding to them, etc., and besides, the house has a lien on it. And not to mention the signatures of the sellers, which are not all present nor do they match the reservation contract with the earnest money contract, and there are even identical signatures on the same contract (judge for yourselves). The agent Antonio always said he didn't know anything and didn't tell the truth. I played a bit naive, seeing if we could finish the process, but nothing... It was already difficult for him to answer my calls. The end of the contract was approaching, and thanks to my lawyer getting involved, they weren't able to completely pull a fast one on me. We summoned the sellers to the notary to finalize the sale through a call and email to Antonio (he made it difficult for us because we couldn't get him to respond), but eventually, he could be notified, although we don't know if the notification reached the sellers because they wouldn’t provide any address. But they were the ones responsible and the intermediaries. I was able to recover my earnest money (with effort and certified proof), but I can forget about the double. If I had been the one not complying, they would have already taken my money (€10,000). The contracts they created are void (missing information, real signatures from everyone, permissions) done on purpose. My family and I have suffered many damages both economically (valuation, interest on my money) and psychologically and socially (I changed my children’s school, I was left without vacations, negotiations with banks, the hopes of an entire family....) And the worst part is that the house is still on sale without any of the owners' permission. So think carefully before dealing with them, and above all, do it without haste and consult with a trusted lawyer (that kind of consultation isn't very expensive and will save you many problems). The agency acted poorly knowing what and how they were doing it. Be careful with Tecnocasa Cullar Vega. Learn from my mistakes and ask any real estate agency for all the documentation (simple note, power of attorney from the sellers, or have them present,... and go with a lawyer). I was deceived; don’t let them do the same to you.

Negative experience: They call you on the phone and I tell them that I find their way of looking for houses inappropriate, and the lady who is calling me takes the liberty of using derogatory terms and hangs up the phone on me... I think that as professionals, those manners leave a lot to be desired.
