Negative experience: Where to start.... First surprised by the stars, I wondered if they are from those who rent their houses and this so-called 'company', which helps to scam people looking to find a house honestly. We had to move to Huelva, it was urgent, and I think that is why they took advantage of it, and we saw a house that we liked. We could have looked for houses online or through other means, but of course one thinks that doing it through a company is more LEGAL and simple. Hahahaha I laugh. This place, offending other places, is a scam; they charge you for doing practically NOTHING, and they offer you houses that CANNOT be rented because they are officially protected houses. I hope that one day the tax office knocks on the door of this place and you all feel ashamed and they close your shabby local. So I asked what all these stars are for or is it normal there (to scam people)?

Negative experience: I want to share my experience with this real estate agency, which was not pleasant. I live in Portugal and work in Huelva and I want to live with my family close to my job. I searched for a house in Valverde del Camino, along with this real estate agency. They showed me a house with several requirements, including the payment to the real estate agency for my responsibility. This procedure is illegal in Spain according to the law, article 20 of the LAU; the owners are the ones who must pay the real estate agent. I did not know this law and acted in good faith. I paid this fee. During the visit to see the house, I only made one request, which was that I needed the signed contract to ensure that I could really hand over the apartment in Portugal. We arranged an appointment to get this contract, but it was not signed. I returned to Portugal and evaluated the whole situation and suspected that something was wrong. I looked for the laws regulating rentals in Spain and discovered the illegality. I contacted the real estate agency and demanded the refund of the money I had paid as a fee. In conclusion, I wasted time, lost money, lost the house I thought I was going to rent, but the worst part was the risk of almost losing the house. I live in Portugal, and my family and I almost ended up homeless due to the irresponsibility of this real estate agency. Everything I am reporting, I have material proof, messages, and receipts. Do not trust. Do not pay anything to the real estate agency; this is the owner's responsibility. Pay the rent by bank transfer or by issuing receipts.
