Fantastic experience: Hace 20 años Lola me ayudó a comprar mi primer piso y ahora he vuelto a contar con ella para venderlo. Tanto Lola como Victoria lo han puesto muy fácil desde el inicio: dejé la gestión en sus manos y no he tenido que preocuparme de nada más. Negative experience: Pésima atención. Quise vender un inmueble en una localidad cercana y, el hecho de únicamente trabajar "en exclusiva" restringe las posibilidades de vender dicho inmueble, más si cabe para una localidad tan pequeña como La Carolina. Además de ello muy poco amables en el trato, advirtiéndome de manera muy brusca que "así no vendería". Poca clientela harán de continuar con estas políticas. Edito reseña:...y como ven, de nuevo, con ésa falta de tacto, me siguen dando una pésima publicidad ... Haga usted el favor de no pronunciarse "en público" sobre lo que vale o no mi inmueble. Negative experience: Terrible experience, they make a rental contract that is a true scam and theft. Not only do they not return your deposit, but they also invent a supposed penalty to continue taking more money from you. I would never recommend this place, and even less so working with Lola who is a scammer.

Fantastic experience: Si tengo que destacar algo de esta inmobiliaria es la total cercanía e interés que muestran en el proceso de compra (en nuestro caso comprábamos primera vivienda). Estaba muy perdido en el proceso, pero el asesoramiento ha sido continúo. Se han preocupado por todos los detalles, incluso después de la compra me han facilitado todos los pasos a dar para empadronarme y cambiar los recibos de titular (dándome copias de todo lo que necesitaba, incluso de nuestros dnis, gran detalle). Hay que reconocerles la profesionalidad y el trato amable. En particular Victoria, con quien he tratado, que ha tenido una relación muy buena con nosotros. Se ha preocupado tanto o más que nosotros por la venta y no nos hemos sentido abandonados en ningún momento del proceso. Nuevamente os doy las gracias por todo y por supuesto recomiendo que antes de dar ningún paso, contactéis con ellas porque no os vais a arrepentir.
