Fantastic experience: After deciding to purchase a residence in Fuerteventura, during a vacation on the island we turned to the 'Julien Properties' Agency. Julien, not only is he a very kind and helpful person, but he also proved to be a serious, competent, and proactive professional, understanding our needs, suggesting and illustrating new opportunities that arose, and, during a couple of short vacations on the island, showing us the different residences that could be of interest to us. Finally, he helped us with negotiations and took care of all the final bureaucratic aspects, with the lawyer and the notary. We live in Italy, but the distance never represented a problem, we kept in constant contact via email. Additionally, Julien speaks several languages, and this was also of great help. In conclusion, Julien, you accompanied and assisted us in this adventure excellently, thank you.

For the purchase of my property in Fuerteventura, during the first visit to the apartment, Julien showed us the surrounding area before introducing us to the accommodation. Fantastic experience: Julien was very professional and personable from the moment we first met, his knowledge to speak other languages would only help if non English speaking buyers were interested. Knowing that it was his business, languages and he was solely responsible for the selling of our property was the decision for choosing Julien for our property sale. He kept us fully updated when he was bringing potential buyers and provided the necessary feedback almost immediately. Being based in the Uk, this was vitally important. After we agreed the selling price with the buyers, it was almost seamless as the process went very quickly indeed, the relationship with the preferred Lawyer was definitely a plus as communication between all parties was excellent and any issues or concerns were resolved quickly. Julien accompanied us to the Notary to ensure the whole process went smoothly which of course It did. Highly recommend Julien with no hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Julien has developed an approach that aims for 'tailored' solutions for his clients. Reactive, precise, rigorous, allowing to carry out an investment project from A to Z in a surprisingly short time. Surrounding oneself with essential partners for the security of an operation (lawyers in particular...) is also an asset. Our meeting at the door of his agency, a few months later we signed a very nice apartment in Corralejo; Julien instilled the necessary confidence to bring this project to completion. Following him again seems obvious to me.

Fantastic experience: We had received Julien his contact details through Solamente (a furniture shop in Villaverde). We contacted him and within 1 day we could visit 3 properties. Julien is very accurate and really involved to find the right property. Julien has also good contacts with banks, notary and lawyer which is very convenient and he arranged all the meetings! He is also clear about costs so you will not have any hidden surprises. He thinks further than only selling a property and this makes his company unique. We are very glad with our new house in Villaverde and hope to start making it our own place this summer (when it is again allowed to travel). We would recommend Julien Properties to everyone who is interested to buy real estate in Fuerteventura.

Dealing with Julien was extremely different , very quick response on emails take just a wile to arrange viewing appointment, and from then everything went so smooth until get in to the notary title. Fantastic experience: Julien was recommended to me by another very satisfied customer when I had decided to sell my house. His approach is friendly, professional and was very knowledgeable when guiding me through the process. He was quick to take the photographs of my property and I had sight of the photographs and write up beforehand and he encouraged me to say if there was anything more I wanted to include or change until we were both happy with the end result. He was flexible with viewings and gave me plenty of notice beforehand and kept to the arranged time and gave very full feedback following each viewing. To say that getting to my point of sale was difficult would be an understatement for various reasons but Julien kept his cool and finally after three months of setbacks I achieved my sale. He was wonderful with me when I was getting agitated and great with the buyers when the people they were working with were being difficult. He put himself out to find information for either side to keep the wheels moving. He was genuinely concerned that both sides were happy and was absolutely delighted when both sides were thrilled and excited with the sale. The fact that he is lovely and not half bad to look at (a bit of a dish actually) just adds to his charm and efficiency that I would fully recommend him to handle your property business and consider myself very lucky to have had him handling my sale.

Fantastic experience: As we decided to buy a house/villa in Fuerteventura earlier this year, we got in touch with 2 real estate agencies. Julien Properties quickly stood out with his very personalised approach even through his first contact. As a matter of fact, via his questions he quickly helped us to understand very precisely what we were looking for : type of property , location , budget etc… After a week end of visit with both Julien properties and another established real estate agency in Fuerteventura we got confirmation that Julien was spot on. he had a good selection of goods and actually found us exactly the house with the characteristics we were looking for. Nevertheless it was just the start from how Julien proved to be efficient as he helped us to negotiate fairly and smoothly the transaction with the seller, as well as dealing with all the admin work / paperwork that was necessary to complete the transaction across all the parties involved: the seller ,the lawyer ,the bank and the notary. The quality of his network, his constant kindness and availability made the whole journey a fantastic experience. To end our story, he introduced us to various architects, interior designers and builders that help us pick up the perfect team for our project redesigning the house we bought.
