Negative experience: Sergio sells 8 sun loungers with delivery to Lanzarote. Paid 380 €, but they were not delivered. The amount has not been refunded. Attention, fraud! The police will be informed. Is the owner suing his employee?

Negative experience: Terrible, they promised to do a move and left us hanging with all the things packed. There is no responsibility or seriousness at all.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars with no hesitation. So nice, friendly and mindful PR! In just few days, OH Gestion found the apartment that I dreamed of. After that, they gave a huge help I needed with all the paper work (tax identification/social security number, mortgage, etc...) Big warm thanks!!

Negative experience: Contacte con esta inmobiliaria a traves de un anuncio en internet me dijeron que tenian un piso que se ajustaba a mi busqueda concrete una cita a la cual nadie acudio les volvi a escribir y ya nadie ni por whatsaap ni por telefono me han contestado asi que la profesionalidad de esta inmobiliaria deja mucho que desear

Negative experience: Una stella è fin troppa. Assolutamente inaffidabili e incompetenti. A causa loro (e di Servihabitat) ho perso un'occasione d'oro e un'appartamento che ero disposta a comprare firmando immediatamente il contratto di acquisto. Una estrella es demasiado. Absolutamente para nada confiable e incompetente. Gracias a ellos (y a Servihabitat) perdí una oportunidad de oro y un a vivienda que estaba dispuesto a comprar firmando el contrato de compra inmediatamente. One star is too much. Absolutely unreliable and incompetent. For their faul (and Servihabitat) I lost a golden opportunity and an apartment that I was willing to buy by signing the purchase contract immediately.

Fantastic experience: EEncantad con el trato recibido en Oh gestión. Personal muy eficaz. Han tenido dificultades en conseguir la llave de la casa que nos interesaba pero lo terminaron consiguiendo...cosa que no dependía de ellos sino de Servihabitat. Los recomendamos al 100%
