Fantastic experience: Mit Jacomo zum Traumhaus - 5x5 Sterne⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Auf der Suche nach einem Häuschen auf Fuerte haben wir von Deutschland aus über die Kyero-Website verschiedene Makler angeschrieben und Jacomo war der einzige, von dem wir eine Antwort auf unsere Rückfragen erhalten haben - und dies innerhalb kürzester Zeit (…nein, wir haben unsere Anfragen nicht in typisch deutscher Manier auf Deutsch geschrieben;-)). Bei unserem dann folgenden Besuch auf der Insel zu Besichtigungen mit verschiedenen Maklern, waren wir von Jacomo als Person sehr angetan - er ist nicht der typische Makler, der seine „Ware“ anpreist, sondern er hat uns alle Zeit gegeben, dass wir uns das Objekt in Ruhe anschauen können und uns auch bei unseren Gedanken zu evtl. kleinen Umbauarbeiten gute Tipps und Hinweise gegeben. Abgesehen davon, dass uns das von Jacomo angebotene Haus am besten gefallen hat, hatten wir bei ihm ein gutes Bauchgefühl - alle unsere Fragen bezüglich einer evtl. Kaufabwicklung und der dafür notwendigen Anträge hat er uns bereits bei der ersten Besichtigung geduldig beantwortet. Wir hatten vor unserer Besichtigungsreise noch im Internet zum Immobilienkauf auf den Kanaren recherchiert und waren ein bisschen verunsichert, da es doch einiges zu beachten gibt und vieles natürlich anders als in D läuft. Aber nach der Kaufentscheidung kam es noch viel besser: ohne dass Jacomo es vorher angepriesen hat, hat er sämtliche Behördengänge für An-/Ummeldungen und Eintragungen für uns erledigt und wie selbstverständlich die Gebühren dafür vorgestreckt. Wir brauchten somit nur zu dem Notartermin (zu dem er uns auch begleitet hat) zu gehen und den Kaufpreis zu überweisen - alles andere hat Jacomo für uns erledigt. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer Empfehlung zu Handwerkern hat er Kontakte hergestellt, Termine organisiert und als Dolmetscher fungiert. Sollten wir irgendwann noch einmal auf Fuerte zuschlagen, dann nur mit Jacomo - 5x5 Sterne sind noch zu wenig. DANKE sagen Anke & Jörg

Fantastic experience: Rundrum Sorglos Paket Herr Waldherr ist einfach ein Profi. Er suchte die richtige Immobilie gleich mit Garage. Er half mir ein Konto zu eröffnen, klärte alles mit dem Notar, kümmerte sich um di Eintragung und um die Steuer! Hammer, mehr geht nicht!! Er besorgte uns eine Putzfrau, meldete den Strom, ließ die Dachterrasse reinigen. Und als wenn das alles nicht gereicht hätte , lud Herr Waldherr uns als Dankeschön noch zum Essen ein. Einfach ein toller und hilfsbereiter Typ! Wir sind MEHR als Zufrieden!
