We went to see our apartment and asked about a few things we didn’t want, some small repairs, the cleaning of the house, everything was wonderful. As soon as we move in definitively, I will tell them again. Thank you very much to Yoana and all her team, it was a pleasure to deal with them.

Negative experience: CAUTION!!! NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!! When we left the apartment where we were tenants, we left the house in good condition (better condition than the one we received it in). Since the owner did not live on the island, Yoalquilo managed everything... they exaggerated the situation and LIED about practically everything!!! Obviously, she managed those services without informing us, and deducted practically the 2 months of the deposit, with INFLATED BILLS! Additionally, they were deflecting blame, saying it was the owner's responsibility! NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!

Negative experience: Wanted to sell my house with them, had multiple appointments, they didn't show up most of the time or didn't call back when they said they would... Told them they could forget about it and went to one of the other real estates on the island, loads of them that have at least some normal communication, Very Amateuristic Company!

Negative experience: Don't go into business with them, they tell you a lot and agree on a lot and then suddenly they throw it all around and change everything. They lie to you with a smile and when you reserve a place they sell to someone else! BE WARNED DON'T WORK WITH THESE IDIOTS!

Si eres propietario y quieres alquilar son los mejores para encargarse de todo no solo durante el proceso de conseguir inquilino si no también durante toda la duración del alquiler... Los recomiendo al 100%

Tuvimos un pequeño problema ajeno a ellos y nos devolvieron la fianza de la vivienda. Gente muy muy legal, algo inusual en estos tiempos que corren. Negative experience: 1st time they were to late and when they finally arrived they showed it another couple first so we haved to wait another 20 minutes. 2nd time they didn't show up because of some problems. They told us we could rent the appartement because everything was fine. Two days later they told us to pay a whole year in advance. We've had some critical questions about that and they told us to call us back within minutes. We didn't hear anything until 20 minutes for our appointment (for a final visit at the appartement) then they called us to tel that the house wouldn't be rented anymore. Very strange situation and overall bad service.

Negative experience: Menuda vergüenza de inmobiliaria. Intentan cobrar al inquilino al irse del piso, de la fianza, la limpieza de un piso que se dejó en buenas condiciones. 15 horas de limpieza en un piso de 60 metros???!?!?!! Al pedir las fotos para corroborar el estado del piso mandan unas fotos que no corresponden con como se dejo el piso.

El inconveniente que encuentro es que tienes que trasladarte a la oficina,que está en Puerto del Rosario, para cualquier gestión como coger las llaves o entregarlas, firmar un documento y otro día recogerlo...) Por lo demás, la atención es exquisita y resuelven con prontitud.
