Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10 experience. I would definitely do it again. Yasmina personally attended to us, we are a family from Sevilla and we were looking for a quiet and authentic place close to the beach, and Yasmina offered us all that in Torrox, fitting our budget. It is a privilege to sleep with the sound of the sea and go down to have breakfast or lunch by the beach. Thank you very much Yasmina! We enjoyed a wonderful vacation.

Negative experience: Very disappointing. Lack of professionalism. We rented an apartment for a week: - no WIFI - cleaning not done - no air conditioning We could not access the apartment before 7 PM - even though we arrived at 12 PM. Additionally, we were forced to leave a night early supposedly due to a supposed misunderstanding.

Negative experience: Run away! We had rented an apartment for a week, there was no wifi and they didn’t warn us, the air conditioning didn’t work with a heat of 35 degrees, the apartment was in a deplorable and extremely dirty state. We couldn’t take possession of the place until 7 PM, having arrived at noon we had to stay outside. The worst? We had booked for 7 nights and they kicked us out a night early supposedly due to a misunderstanding, without refunding us for the night and without a relocation proposal in the middle of August.. If I could give 0 stars I would have done it, the girls who handle the agency clearly express their disinterest in your problems.

Fantastic experience: Impeccable service, they rented me a wonderful apartment within the timeframe I requested, where my family and I have been living for over 3 years. Now that we are moving due to space, I won’t hesitate to contact Yasmina again.

Fantastic experience: Un trato impecable, soy propietario de un apartamento en Torrox Costa y se lo di a Yasmina hace mas de un año para que me encontrase un inquilino, el filtro que hizo fue muy profesional, la semana pasada nos entregaron las llaves de vuelta y el piso esta igual que lo dejamos. Yasmina ha estado atenta a mi piso durante todo el contrato y con su personal de mantenimiento, le pudieron solucionar dos incidencias a mis inquilinos en menos de 24hrs! Muchas gracias!!
