Fantastic experience: We spent 12 wonderful days in the small and quiet place of El Morche, to relax and explore the surroundings. The landscape, the weather, and the hospitality of the owners convinced us greatly. The property is located right on the beach. The nice mix of relaxation, adventure, and culture excited us. Everything was perfect, reliable, and punctual.

The gentleman from the management was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, there were issues with the access chip for the pool. That was a bit disappointing. Negative experience: Here is a warning to all willing buyers of properties there: Please never sign a reservation contract, do not make any deposit! Because the money is definitely lost and only serves to finance the life of the real estate agents! I also fell into this trap, despite the assurance that 'we would somehow manage' with the deposit if the financing fell through! So beware, better not to listen when they say that the property is supposedly already sold, this pressures you to sign quickly and get quick money for something fancy and new for the agent or his wife. Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star. Less than that is not funny. After multiple inquiries, you also don't get feedback for days... But after this review, you do. But well, agents also have to comply with the laws in Spain, so any contract can be rescinded within the stipulated time. Please pay close attention to this! I am glad I did this as a legal assistant.

Fantastic experience: Really good experience with “can do” attitude. The owner of the property wanted to not hand over the deposit only because they felt that the cancellation of renting was not in hand written form. Nico had none of that and insisted the deposit was handed back immediately.

Negative experience: I cannot recommend renting from this company in any way. We still have not received the settlement after moving out. We paid a quite high amount in advance for water and garbage. We are incredibly disappointed that, as promised, we have not received any form of bills by email or post every 3 months as promised and written in the contract; in fact, I have never seen a bill for it at all. But since we did not have a Spanish account, we were informed that it was completely impossible, an outdated system. So it was easier for us to pay water, electricity, and garbage to Nico every month. When I found the ad for the apartment, it stated 1 month deposit. When we saw the apartment for the first time, we got the impression that the 1 month deposit also included the rent, of course. That was the money we had withdrawn and brought with us when we were to sign the contract. But we must have misunderstood, says Nico; we are a bit surprised that we also have to pay an extra month's rent as an agency fee. We also have to pay in advance for water, electricity, and garbage, an extra month. We are feeling a bit unsure about whether we should say no thanks. But then Nico asks if we need a garage, yes we do, but it really depends on the price. It was a reasonable price. Of course, we had not withdrawn enough money as the price was a bit higher than we first read and understood. But Nico seems like a nice guy and says that we can just come with the rest the next day. YES, so we quickly get a pen in our hand. Contract signed and money to Nico in hand. And we get the keys to the apartment right away and we didn't have to pay extra for that. We are incredibly disappointed that we can't even get a breakdown of electricity, water, and garbage for the entire rental period. Not even the deposit. But we have tried many times to contact Nico, who does not respond to emails, nor to the office phone, nor on his mobile. We've stood outside his office and can see he's there, but he doesn't open the door when we knock. But we think that we actually have not lived there, as it is not stated anywhere. Yes, what to do? Just an update: it has almost been a year now and we still haven't seen a penny. But fortunately, Spain has made a new law regarding rental of apartments. Where you can go back 3 years also with the tax agency. So we hope with the new law to see our money again.

Der Makler namens Nico war stets pünktlich was ich von manchen Maklern anders kenne ... Die Abwicklung der Besichtigungen und des Kaufvertrages sind optimal gelaufen ... Alle Fragen die wir hatten wurden zu unserer Zufriedenheit beantwortet ... Der Service nach dem Kauf war Super ( Anmeldung Strom/Wasser / Nie Nummer / Versicherung etc ). Die Sekretärin im Büro war immer sehr nett obwohl sie immer im Stress war ... Wir würden dieses Maklerbüro wieder beauftragen.

Años después nos hemos encontrado con una deuda de los antiguos propietarios y ni siquiera se han dignado a responder por email o teléfono

Negative experience: Very hard to get in touch with after the first contact. They say they have several properties to show, then, when you have waited a week for them to answer, it appears all of them are sold.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Property Outlets for over 5 years and have found them to be a trusted partner. We initially got involved in purchasing a second property and after being gazumped by the seller at the last minute we worked with Nico who came up with another property for us within hours! Within a month we had purchased and had the keys to the new property, much better than the first one. Having all the legal work and access to the lawyers next to the offices meant that we had a single contact to help us through the maze of actions. We rent our other apartment through Property Outlets and continue to do so. The years of experience that Nico and his team have in the region is second to none, highly recommended.

Negative experience: Expérience desastreuse en 2014

Negative experience: we sold a property with this Estate agent and as we sold at a loss we were entitled to claim some tax back, if it hadn't been for friends telling us about this we would not have known and lost out on nearly 2,000 euros. We never recieved a 211 form and we never heard of one until our solicitor told us that the buyers have to get the 211 form from the tax office and fill the form in within a month of the sale so the solicitor could claim the tax back on our behalf which they have done end of story

Negative experience: Es la inmobiliaria más impresentable que he conocido. Quedamos un día para ver una vivienda, me llaman una hora antes de que ese dia no, sino el siguiente y yo acepté. Yo vengo de lejos y entraba a trabajar, asi que la persona que había quedado conmigo no aparece ni coge el teléfono, llamamos a otro teléfono nos dice que no tenemos ninguna cita que llamaría a su compañera para preguntar, al cabo de 15 minutos nadie se pone en contacto conmigo, vuelvo a llamar como 20 veces más a los dos números de teléfono que tenía y nada sin respuesta ninguna. Para colmo me asomo a la puerta de la inmobiliaria y había una persona frente al ordenador, insistía, llamaba a la puerta, lo llamaba al teléfono y ni si quiera tuvo el detalle de abrir para ver que pasaba. Sigo llamando toda la tarde y nada. Mando wasap y nada. A día de hoy todavía nose que pasó ni se han puesto en contacto conmigo para hacerme saber la explicación por la cual no merezco ninguna explicación de lo sucedido. Para mí deja mucho que desear, son muy impresentables y muy poco profesional.
