Fantastic experience: MY REVIEW ON SOL Y SOMBRA I have completed 6 real estate transactions in Spain and I have become accustomed to the usual practices of Spanish real estate agents and notaries. Every time I completed a real estate transaction, 1 - I had to go to the Land Registry of the relevant administrative area, request an extract of the property I intended to buy, and verify myself that this property actually corresponded to the owner I was to meet through the agency. 2 - I had to contact a management office that would handle all the tax dealings, the management of intermediary, notarial, and tax fees, and also provide me with the updated valuation of the property by the tax authority, so I could check that the asking price for the property matched the actual updated estimate by the tax authority. 3 - I had to contact the water distribution service and the company supplying electricity to this property. 4 - I then had to personally contact the management of the condominium of the building in which I was going to buy a property, to obtain any condo regulations and information related to these legal obligations. 5 - An enormous amount of work was done in reviewing and verifying the notarial documents by this agency, to the extent that the content of the information contained in the deed was guaranteed to be verified and authentic at the time of signing. Therefore, I did not have to endure the endless corrections that usually occur when presenting at the notary's office for reading the final document and signing the deed. When I contacted the real estate agency Sol Y Sombra, the person in charge took care of all the paperwork, which for a French person is confusing. However, the fees they charge are absolutely the same as any other agency that does not do all this extra work! It is a pleasure to deal with Sol y Sombra in all respects, not to mention the human quality, the seriousness of the work done with an uncommon skill, the professionalism that has become so valued these days, and the kindness of their manager! Un achat de maison ici a Torrox avec une personne malhonnête, qui n'a pas fait son travail, mais a empoché l'argent,.
