She speaks German fluently. The owner also speaks German. In terms of handling, service, and friendliness - everything is top-notch - I was completely satisfied. The apartment was clean and modernly furnished. I always had the impression that the agency cares about the well-being of its clients. Even small reported defects were promptly fixed by craftsmen. The office is close to the apartment blocks with the available apartments. So you can quickly stop by if there is a problem or if you need tips for excursions.
