Negative experience: The apartment is okay, the amenities are somewhat desirable, slightly worn down. The nights are a complete disaster, everything is very noisy, no one shows consideration, it's hard to get any sleep. The beds are hard, old, and uncomfortable, the mosquitoes are a plague, the pool is over-chlorinated. So, for such a price, there is a real urgent need for renovation!

Negative experience: Very bad place, we had no air conditioning and not even fans. The bathroom was very bad, the kitchen deplorable, and there were many mosquitoes. My five-year-old boy woke up with many bites. I would not return to this place.

Positive experience: Everything was correct, good quality/price relation. Excellent attention from the staff. ❌ We couldn't use the washing machine, it was far away. We will return.

Positive experience: Three days in the Monteixo apartments, everything renovated, great views, everything very clean, the parking is free and spacious, the person at the reception was very kind. Very good experience!

Fantastic experience: We spent 5 days as a family in one of the apartments, specifically in Torrebaix. The price, considering it’s high season, is reasonable. The location is perfect for going to the beach (except for the hill, but you’re at the beach in 5 minutes). It has a community pool, green area with shade, and a playground. They hold €200 on the card as a deposit which is released when you return the keys and check that everything is in order, and they don’t deduct anything. The kitchen is very small but has a microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, and sink. It includes an electric coffee maker. There is no toaster, but it comes with enough dishes and cutlery. There are 3 bedrooms for 2 people each. The living room is large with a TV. There is an emergency phone that we had to use, and they answered in less than a minute because the ceramic hob wasn’t heating. When we asked, they told us that the dial went the other way; 1 is the hottest and 6 is the least hot. (Important information to keep in mind). On the first day, you receive a kitchen cleaning kit that consists of a small bottle of detergent of about 25 ml, a cloth, a kitchen towel, and a laundry tablet (which is located in a cupboard on the terrace). The bathroom is remodeled, with good water pressure, and at no point did we run out of hot water while showering 6 people. There are sheets and towels for everyone. On the last day, you must put them all in a bag and leave it in the apartment. On the terrace, there is a table with 6 chairs, and it’s great that it has an awning to avoid the sun, so we could spend time there. The beds and pillows are very comfortable (which is much appreciated, as we were able to rest). It’s a standard apartment, not luxurious but with everything necessary for a good vacation. Without a doubt, if I return to Torredeembarra, I will go back there.

Negative experience: Mattresses and sofa are the worst, the apartment is normal. The bad things are the mattresses and the sofa, other than that, it's fine.

Positive experience: The apartment was adequate and the building we got was nice, with a pool. There were surprises that we really didn't like. They charge you €30 for cleaning but the apartment has dirty walls, there's no soap in the bathroom, they don't make the bed, you have to request sheets and make the bed yourself, and they also tell you to collect everything on the last day in bags. They hold €200, which I haven't seen anywhere else. They put a sign on the door saying they have gone for a visit and the emergency contact number they provide nobody answers. I am left with the feeling that they ask for a lot and give little when it is a service company and I am on vacation.

Negative experience: Comprar una casa debe ser una experiencia única e inolvidable. El agente inmobiliario debe ser una persona imparcial que esté al lado tanto del vendedor como del comprador y facilitarle a ambas partes su ayuda. Éste no fue nuestro caso, Álex el dueño de la inmobiliaria nos hizo pasar una de las peores situaciones que hemos vivido, hasta horas antes de hacer la firma de la vivienda todavía no sabiamos si iba a ser nuestra. Mala gestión, cero empatia, le daba igual que fuéramos nosotros los compradores, eso demuestra la poca efectividad con los mismos vendedores ya que llevaba bastante tiempo a la venta. La compramos porque nos encajaba y no la tenía otra inmobiliaria, de ser así no hubiéramos hecho trato con él nunca.

Fantastic experience: Wir waren in der Monteixo Anlage: Sehr tolle Anlage. Die Lage ist atemberaubend! Direkt am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer ist die Krönung. Die Rezeptionisten sprachen sogar deutsch. Man hat sich einfach wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nach wie vor super schönes und sauberes Apartment, Preis-Leistung ist top, der Ausblick vom Balkon ein Traum. Das Apartment im Haus Moteixo Stock 3 Nummer 2 ist sehr zu empfehlen! Alle Räume mit Klima ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet: Mikrowelle, Ofen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher dabei. Im Vergleich zum Jahr 2019 ist das WLAN sehr viel besser und funktioniert jetzt in jedem Zimmer (damals nur auf dem Balkon). Wir waren nicht das letzte mal da

Negative experience: Apartamento deplorable, instalaciones terribles, cocina asquerosa, y nos hicieron pagar antes de verlo, un insulto y una estafa, luego de verlo no querian retornar el dinero, impresentables, se notan las reseñas falsas aqui

Negative experience: En cuanto a ubicación es muy buena. Muy cerca de la playa. Los apartamentos son muy justos. Cocina muy cutre, baño también muy cutre, una cortina que da repelús. Camas muy cómodas y lo mejor la tterraza que al menos era grande. La cocina esta para cambiarla entera. Para 5 que somos había 6 tenedores, una sartén y alguna perola. Muy justo. Al menos estaba todo limpio.

Fantastic experience: He reservado varias veces los últimos veranos súper bien y en diferentes apartamentos casi todos con parquin privado ! calidad precio de lujo !! Lo mejor es cuando llegas fuera de horario y tienes que jugar a busca la llave pase un rato distraído volveré gracias

Positive experience: Nos hemos alojado en los apartamentos Spai. Son muy nuevos y con una buena piscina. Al hacer la resrva por booking, nos equivocamos de fechas y no hubo problema en hacer el cambio de fechas con ellos directamente. No hemos estado en los apartamentos más cercanos a la playa, pero andando son 5 minutos. A tener en cuenta y muy negativo, que hemos estado en el bloque A, 1r1a, y la ventana de la habitación queda delante mismo de un local nocturno que se llama NOSE, abren hasta las 5 de la madrugada y nos ha costado bastante poder dormir. No se pueden tener las ventanas abiertas en verano. (La empresa no nos avisó de esta situación, al contrario, nos indicaron que nunca lo habían visto abierto)

Positive experience: Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Appartement bot Comfort und was man sonst noch so braucht. Einziger negativ Punkt, nachts sehr lärmig, daher hat die Schlafqualität etwas gelitten. Wlan funktioniert aber vorwiegend auf dem Balkon. Der Preis ist aber tip top und somit trotzdem ingesamt empfehlenswert für einen schönen Urlaub

Fantastic experience: Muy buena experiencia con ellos como agencia de alquiler vacacional, y muy atentos para resolver cualquier duda y asesorarte sobre la zona. En cuanto al apartamento (nos alojamos en el edificio SANDI), estupendo para pasar unos días en familia al lado de la playa, con todo lo necesario y muy limpio. Satisfechos, seguro que repetimos.

Positive experience: Apartamento muy barato para ser temporada alta en la zona de costa (3 personas, 60 € pir dia las tres). Lo negativo: envejecido, pero limpio. Cuarto de baño diminuto. No hay microondas, aunque sí TV. WIFI compartido, con lo que eso significa de poca velocidad. A destacar que admiten animales

Positive experience: Le doy 4 estrellas basándome en la calidad -precio. Porque si tuviese que jugar únicamente por la calidad de las habitaciones se lleva un 1 y medio, pero al ser tan barato lo compensa. Ahora bien, si nos ponemos a analizar ... El baño tiene un tamaño tan reducido que pueden llegar a ocurrir sucesos cuánticos, de hecho ahí dentro se aplica la física cuántica y se deja de lado la clásica. El televisor y el sofá están tan anticuados que prácticamente se pueden usar como prueba para demostrar la existencia de grietas temporales. Las almohadas de las camas tienen una textura tan "peculiar", que se podrían calificar como un nuevo estado de la materia.
