We did the visit during their lunch break and at no point did they complain; on the contrary, they were super attentive and dedicated all the time to us. Negative experience: I called yesterday morning to request information about a property, and they told me that the person handling it was on the phone and that they would call me back as soon as they were done. I called again in the afternoon and got the same response - 'He's on the phone, he'll call you back.' I called this morning, and when I finally managed to speak with the person who is supposed to be in charge of this property, he told me that another colleague from Tarragona was actually handling it. So, I called Tarragona, and the person I spoke to told me that their colleague, who is out of the office, is managing this property and that to schedule a visit, it would have to be for next week. I didn't find the real estate agency very professional, as I have shown great interest since the first call. Well, they don't seem that eager to sell.
