And it's not that I'm particularly sensitive, it's just that this man (if you can call him that) rents apartments without having read the LAU, and the property owners who trust his services should know that. This person needs to realize that he can't treat people like this, and if the law doesn't protect me, karma will. But it is necessary that if anyone is considering hiring his services, they know this.

For 2 months of vacation rental, they ask for: 2 months deposit + 1 month agency fees + ITP + 100 per month of expenses in advance, and also if you do not have a payroll, they require all months of stay to be paid in advance. I confirm I am not mistaken. 2 properties 550 euros per month, one in Creixel and the other in Comarruga from September to July.
