The property was in an area where improvements couldn't be made, Edgar kept that completely quiet. Moreover, we were asked for 'obstacles' when requesting the construction license for the house, something the town hall didn't have, and the manners were also lacking. In short, Edgar was trying to sell us a property without disclosing everything, and we only discovered it as we asked. Be cautious.

Negative experience: I'm writing this review because when we tried to talk on the phone, Edgar, I don't know if it's because he isn't interested or because he doesn't know about bureaucratic issues, didn't even let us speak. We wanted to buy a house in Mas del Plata, at the Mazinger square. Well, we liked the house, but there were renovations to be done. We were willing to pay what the owners asked for as long as all the paperwork was in order (it seems that this doesn't matter to real estate agencies, they take their commission and then you deal with all the problems). The owners are re-registering the house since the square meters it has are not registered, but we wanted to know if there was a building permit. Oh surprise, after talking to the town hall, THERE is no permit but there is also no way to carry out the legalization since the urbanization is not finished, and it is unknown when it will be. The summary is that the house needs a kitchen change and eventually some more renovations. But according to Edgar, that is too many demands. What you have is a lot of nerve and little shame, trying to sell a house that you don't know when it will be legalized or expanded. I just hope you are more honest with other buyers… Update: Yes, we wanted to know if there was a building permit and if we could in the future carry out renovations since the house was presented as an expandable house when IT IS NOT. The current owner is not responsible for these permits, but lying and saying there is no problem is the responsibility of the real estate agency and the owner. Thank goodness we ensured that there was no permit and couldn't be, that's when we discovered the whole mess, that's what bothered you so much and that's why our attitude 'has no name,' you couldn't trick us. Maybe you are also too used to playing with people's hopes, and that's why you thought we were 'desperate' when in reality we were just interested, but not at any price. In any case, good luck selling a house that is in an urbanization that even has problems with water supply. You reap what you sow, we already have a property. I hope you can't pull this off on anyone, be very careful with this type of real estate agency.

They do not take care of the repairs needed in the rented apartment, and besides, Edgar is rude; when you ask him about the repairs, he doesn’t respond, saying that he doesn't manage the property, and if you legally write to the owner, he gets upset. A disaster in every way, and this is how they act with the tenants who comply, painting the apartment and maintaining it. The apartment is a scam; it has problems everywhere, including an ant invasion coming from the construction. Total lack of seriousness.

I wanted to buy a home in Torredembarra, and I went to their office, handed over a letter I had drafted (which they lost), where I explained point by point what I wanted to purchase. A very friendly girl named Rocío, I think, picked it up. Then I went back to my town, and as soon as I put my apartment up for sale, I contacted Edgar to request information, clarify my doubts, and ask him and his agency to help me find a home. In the first few days, communication was smooth. Edgar cleared up some doubts, but at the same time, since they didn't have my letter, everything regarding the business relationship has been a nonsensical dialogue. Once I sent the letter again (this time via WhatsApp), communication was cut off. That was on December 4th. On December 19th, I wrote to him explaining a new development regarding the sale of my apartment, and there was no response. Not even a simple 'Ok' when I sent the letter again, nor a simple 'Ok' to let me know that he was informed. Today, I have decided not to work with this real estate agency. If from the beginning, communication is lacking or flows only in the first few days, and then the conversations make no sense, firstly, because they lost the letter, and afterward, after sending it again on December 4th, today, I can talk to him to say goodbye, and he tells me that if I want them to SELL my home, when I live in Barcelona, to let him know, when via WhatsApp and in writing, I ask for their services to help me BUY a home in Torredembarra, it becomes evident that although he told me he lost my letter, which I should send again, that he read it, that has not been the case. I am happy for the people who have done great with this real estate agency. Not for me. Now, I suppose I will receive justifications or reprimands below. I only have all the screenshots, to prove that everything I have said is true. Anyway, I wish them to continue helping people achieve their dreams. Mine won't be. Response: Neither 5, nor 4, nor 3, nor 2, nor 1. At no point have I said that you have to cover anything for me (you are confusing me with another client). From my mouth, or my fingers, that word, or any synonym, has not come out. I have already explained my reasons. I refer again to all the screenshots, and I say ALL. Nos conosce desde hace muchos años, conosce nuestras exigencias, nuestro gusto y nuestra necesidad de encontrar un piso limpio. Hemos perdido tiempo por la segunda vez para visitar un piso en alquiler completamente SUCIO, siempre de la misma propietaria, en Torredembarra y en Tarragona. Es una vergüenza presentar pisos de esto tipo.

Al preguntar, me dijeron que ya tenían dos personas que habían entregado documentación. Óbviamente, no me avisaron de nada. Poco fiables. Yo no les confiaría ningun trabajo.

A menos que queraís tener media mudanza y sin casa.
