Fantastic experience: Management and dealings of 10!! An unbeatable service!!

Negative experience: It is one of the worst real estate agencies known in Vic. They do not return the deposits, citing non-existent damages and unjustified costs that are not legally supported.

Negative experience: Tenants and landlords, be very careful with these people, they do not return the deposits to the tenants and they also do not make the name changes for the services. We have had to file lawsuits and report to the Catalan consumer service, not recommended at all!

Fantastic experience: Both Dolores and Anna have treated us very well, they are undoubtedly great professionals. Dolores has guided us through the entire process of buying our first home. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: M'he quedat de pedra. Demano per visitar un immoble de compra i no paren de preguntar-me quants diners tinc, si necessitaré hipoteca, de quant? ... Els dic q només vull visitar-lo i si m'interessa ja aniré al banc, q és on toca, no? Em responen q per perdre el temps... Suposo q el propietari no deu estar al cas, pq trigarà a vendre'l. Nefast!!!

Negative experience: Caràcter de prepotència abismal. No responen a les necessitats dels clients, fa 5 anys que visc a Vic amb contractes amb diferents Immobiliàries i sense cap mena de dubte, la que menys compromís tenen tant amb els clients com amb els propietaris. Desinformació i atenció nefasta!
