Negative experience: Awful experience. As an owner and former client of MGO, I completely discourage their services. They charge duplicate commissions to both owner and tenant, and only stopped doing so when forced by law. Clearly exorbitant rates outside the norm in the sector, with continuous neglect of customer service policies. They disregard contractual obligations agreed upon with the owners. I strongly recommend avoiding this real estate agency for anyone seeking a serious and professional treatment.
