Fantastic experience: The truth is that the world of real estate has always been one of my biggest phobias; in all my interactions with them, I have suffered from deceits and a sense of superiority, as well as the constant feeling that they always cheat you. In this case, I must say that from the very first moment, the treatment from Valentí was EXQUISITE, a correct, clear, and professional attentiveness. He helps you as much as he can, is aware of the current situation, and provides excellent guidance throughout the process, getting involved in a way that no one else does (I have dealt with many real estate agencies in Vic). I recommend them 100% despite the precarious situation we are experiencing regarding rentals in this country; if you dare to rent, choose them! They are simply the best.

Negative experience: Awful experience. As an owner and former client of MGO, I completely discourage their services. They charge duplicate commissions to both owner and tenant, and only stopped doing so when forced by law. Clearly exorbitant rates outside the norm in the sector, with continuous neglect of customer service policies. They disregard contractual obligations agreed upon with the owners. I strongly recommend avoiding this real estate agency for anyone seeking a serious and professional treatment.
Hola Sergi, ens sap greu que després de 9 anys amb la casa llogada et sentis decebut amb el nostre servei. També lamentem que la ressenya es fixi en una qüestió ben diferent a la que hem tractat per via telefònica, que a més no és certa. En conversar sobre si tornàveu a posar la casa a lloguer, fa uns mesos, et vam informar de que els honoraris no els havia de pagar el llogater sinó el propietari, precisament tal i com marca l'article 20.1 de la llei 12/2023. Respecte al malentès de fons, que són els canvis de subministraments, remarquem que la nostra responsabilitat com a intermediari en un lloguer acaba quan es signa la renúncia i es retorna la fiança. Si decideixes després vendre la casa pel teu compte, cosa ben lícita, correspon al comprador o a tu mateix realitzar aquest canvi de titular. Per tant, per part nostra seguim defensant que hem fet una bona feina, i entenem que és més fàcil difamar i faltar al respecte a una companya de feina que assumir que el procés de venda no s'ha completat correctament. Lamentem que en aquesta ocasió ens hagi tocat a nosaltres. Estem segurs que, si us haguéssim acompanyat en aquest procés, aquest problema no hagués existit.
