Negative experience: WORTHLESS work. The worker, Victoriano, is a true incompetent, and I want to believe that he just isn't cut out for this job. What they do is work with a mafia to place people without papers in your house. They are required to request permanent contracts when renting. They rent the apartment to three people, one of whom has a permanent contract for picking fruit in Jumilla, a temporary contract that expired before the housing contract was signed, and a third person without a contract because she was supposedly going to study. Coincidentally, they only collect the ID of the person without a contract. When from the first month the tenants become squatters and don’t pay, they are asked to provide the papers they had been requested and we realize the incompetence/fraud. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE CHEATED. 3 claim forms were necessary because they did not want to fill it out properly.

Negative experience: They tell you that they will call you back, you leave them a message on WhatsApp to see if they have any news or changes in the response from the person who wants to rent the apartment, and they leave you on read, leaving you without any information. At least they could tell you a no regarding the rental. My experience was very bad.

Negative experience: Good words but little functionality. The staff there tells you that everything that goes through there is sold, that they have never had a case of things not selling, but obviously that's a lie. They also take an additional 5% plus VAT, which is among the highest fees and with the least work; their communication is terrible or nonexistent, you have to stay alert... We know what time we are in, but things are still selling! So I definitely do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: My experience with them was disastrous in the purchase of my house. I've never seen such a terrible real estate agency. The funniest part is that it has been two months since I bought my house through them, and last week they called me to ask if I was still interested in buying. After I told them that I had already purchased a house, they called me again today. They show what they are, a disaster as a real estate agency.

Negative experience: I called about a rental, they took my details, telling me that they would call me back, but they never did.
