He is very rude and is a person who needs to take a course on how to treat the people who rent the apartments from him. He should show a bit more empathy with the tenants... Because if he didn't have clients, he would have to close his real estate business.... People don't go to ask; they go to have some problem with the housing he rents solved.... I hope he changes the way he treats people... A positive comment: the young lady who assists is very helpful and polite...
