Negative experience: Experiencia pésima en nuestra estancia en Tenerife. Al llegar nos encontramos restos de una cucaracha en el dormitorio principal y durante los dias siguientes aparecieron varias en la encimera de la cocina. El trato no fue correcto ya que en el apartamento faltaron varias cosas que venian incluidas, la única solución que nos dieron era pagar 35€ más para que nos la proporcionasen. Además, el piso se dejó recogido y limpio y aún así el cobro por limpieza fue de unos 80€ cuando al entrar nos encontramos bichos muertos. Lo unico positivo fue la ubicación. No lo recomiendo.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences ever. I am currently renting a Airbnb withbthem in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and its is a complete joke. The hot water is not working. The door doesn't close. The flats is a complete mess. The internet is not working. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 flats for a week. No soap in the flat. Washing machine broken, had to be fixed by a technician. When we entered the flat there was a very strong smell of gas so we called them and they came over. Their reply was "its normal to smell gas in Spanish flats". Eventually the gas smell went away. We now have been here 4 days withiuth hot water. Today is our last day and we're still waiting for someone to fix the hot water. I have never had such a bad experience with a Airbnb or any accommodation ever before. I asked about this and where it is normal and their reply is that this is normal in Spain. I work remotely for years now and spend at least two weeks in hotels and Airbnb, mainly in Spain and this is by far the worst experience I had. Please stay away from this company as they have zeronregards for anyone. Wish it could be zero starts!

Negative experience: FINGER WEG! Wo soll ich anfangen? Der Balkon ist wirklich super und die Aussicht ist mega in der Wohnung in Bajamar, alles andere ist furchtbar! Wir mussten den Schlüssel in der Hauptstadt selbst abholen. Uns wurde die Wohnungsnummer nicht mitgeteilt, weshalb wir eine Stunde in der Anlage warten mussten, bis uns die Dame, Andrea zurückgerufen hat. Die Dusche hat ständig getropft, der Unterkunftgeber war schlecht erreichbar. Wir haben im Innenhof geparkt und am letzten Tag mussten wir feststellen, dass das Garagentor mit unserem Chip nicht funktioniert. Antwort vom Unterkunftgeber “Ja, Sie haben gar keinen Garagenschlüssel bekommen, das haben die vorigen Gäste verloren”. Sowas teilt man uns erst am letzten Tag mit. Dann wurde uns erst NACH der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt, dass der Pool nicht im Betrieb ist. Wie wir es von den Nachbarn erfahren haben, ist dieser seit 2 Jahren (!!!) außer Betrieb! Eine Woche NACH der Abreise behauptet der Unterkunftgeber, dass sie den Schlüssel nicht finden und wollen uns die Kaution nicht zurückzahlen, weshalb wir unseren Anwalt einschalten müssen.

Negative experience: La reseña de Aurora CT es real, pero este "equipo" se dedica a decir que todas las reseñas malas, no son reales... hasta esto lo hacéis mal, ya os he confirmado por whats que la reseña es real. NO recomiendo esta empresa para la gestión de alquiler vacacional como propietario. Experiencia negativa y unas perdidas desmesuradas. Son un equipo de personas que no miran por los intereses del propietario, ni te atienden en persona; ni te devuelven las llamadas. Pero este, es un comportamiento normal, en las personas que se dedican a dejar perdidas tan importantes, como las que nos habéis dejado a nosotros, con la gestión de nuestra propiedad. Los responsables no dan la cara en ningún momento, se esconden. De risa…. Unos profesionales del sector….Tienen un descontrol interno de comunicación increíble. No cumplen nada, pero nada de lo que prometen. Expongo mi caso con varios ejemplos, demostrables (que tengo todo documentado, antes de que respondan que me lo estoy inventado).Contrato tipo, mal estructurado y abusivo. Son reiteradas las ocasiones que la gestora ha manifestado no realizar y cumplir lo estipulado y sus obligaciones por CARECER DE MEDIOS HUMANOS. La sincronización de calendarios entre las plataformas cuando entran reservas, no existe, o por lo menos en mis anuncios no funcionaba. Gestión de los anuncios nula. Airbnb alguien de la empresa quita las fotos, y ponen 3 fotos de móvil que saca su comercial y quieren dejarlo así hasta el reportaje fotográfico, que se hace cuando llegue el pedido de textil, que tarda 3 semanas, pero que nunca llega. Booking, al llamar me comentan que solo falta darle a publicar por parte de la empresa, cuando te dicen que la persona que publica anuncios esta de vacaciones, y por eso tu vivienda no se publica. Precios por noche por debajo de lo pactado, por eso se pudo rescindir el contrato. Decidí, rescindir el contrato, por que ni se fijan en las fechas especiales para poner precios adecuados, ni los precios son acordes a la supuesta rentabilidad que me adjuntaron antes de firmar el contrato con ellos; y mi sorpresa una mañana cuando al levantarme, tenía reservas para los meses fuertes, a precios de risa, tanto que se pagaba mas por la limpieza de la casa que por hospedarte en ella. Se puede entender que un anuncio nuevo, sin reseñas, necesite un empujón fuerte de precio, pero nuestros anuncios con 5 estrellas en Airbnb y un 9,6 en booking, no necesitaban ningún descuento tan pronunciado. Un descontrol terrible. Pedido de textil que nunca llega. Adelantas un dinero, para hacer un pedido de textil para la vivienda, que tarda 3 semanas en llegar, por supuesto, a la 4ª semana del pedido de textil nadie sabia nada, pero el 50% por adelantado sí. Un servicio nefasto. Textil de mi vivienda, perdido. Cierre de los anuncios, les volví a avisar yo, que se el calendario de los anuncios de booking, seguía abierto, es que no darse cuenta de eso que sea el propietario... una lucha constante. Equipo de limpieza, rompieron el horno, y un protector de la cocina, todavía estoy esperando que arregléis algo. Pago de las facturas. Me pagan, tarde, y mal. toda culpa de una de las plataformas donde se anuncian. A día de hoy todavía me deben parte de la factura, estoy seguro que se pondrán en contacto conmigo para resolverlo. Perdidas Es que no quiero decir lo que han facturado de la casa por que me da vergüenza, he perdido abril entero, y 18 días mayo cerrados hasta que les ha dado la gana de devolverme las sábanas de mi casa. Esta empresa no entiende lo de que noche cerrada, noche de perdidas, a ellos no les importa. Hoja de reclamaciones. Al ir a reclamar mi pago, lo primero es que no me quieren abrir el portero de la oficina, consigo entrar gracias a un vecino, luego en la puerta de la oficina tampoco me quieren abrir, y la persona que me abre no sabe que existen hojas de reclamaciones, que mande un email me indica. Completamente de risa la situación. Me tratan como si fuera un criminal, cuando el comportamiento irresponsable, de estafa e ilegal es el de la empresa, que juegan con tu dinero.

Negative experience: PESIMA “POLITICA DE EMPRESA”. No hay palabras para describir los numerosos fallos que tiene esta compañia. Desde darte 1 solo juego de llaves cuando se hospedan 3 personas a no dar buenas instrucciones del check-in. Ejemplo, en una propiedad tuve que enviarles hasta 3 mensajes/videos, en diferentes dias, para que vieran que las llaves no funcionaban y que requería de unas nuevas para poder acceder a la propiedad. Me he quedo en varias de las propiedades que administran. Siempre esperando que mejorasen y que tuvieran las ganas de aprender de errores. Les he comunicado siempre todo…Para no tener que dejar esta mala opinion…Pero no hay manera. NO QUIEREN MEJORAR Y LA EXCUSA ES POLITICA DE EMPRESA. Les demostramos las incidencias y no quisieron resolverlas. Tuve que presentarme fisicamente en las oficinas. Realmente espero que nadie tenga que pasar por esto. Si eres un propietario delegar tu propiedad en esta compañía es una mala idea. Coincido con lo comentado en otros comentarios: Si podéis evitarlo, no contratéis nunca a través de esta plataforma, tan solo buscan el dinero y se olvidan del cliente.

Fantastic experience: Very well located apartment. Comfortable , clean and functional . The heated pool was superb . We would definitely return. It was however disappointing not to have access to the garage and on site parking that was advertised. Although less convenient there was parking available on the road outside. The apartment could have been slightly better equipped in the kitchen but it was manageable . The management company were very helpful and quick to respond to any problems.

Positive experience: We rented a house/appartement for 6 persons in El Médano. It was lovely, clean, and spacious enough; the interior is the same as in the pictures. We have no complaints about our stay here. Two tiny side notes: - There weren't enough cooking pans/pots to make dinner for 6 persons. We ate in El Medano most of the times, but we tried one evening but there is only 1 medium pot and pan and 1 small pot and pan so hard to cook (spaghetti) enough for 6 persons. Cutlery and plates and glasses more than enough for everyone. - The location projected on the resevation site looks more in the center than it actually is. It's just outside the center of El Medano, a 15-20min walk to the center, or a 6min taxi ride. It's a nice walk in good and warm weather, but the picture is just a bit misleading.
