Negative experience: Today I accompanied my son to see a property, and after 15 minutes they sent a message with a false and silly excuse that they could not show it. Those kinds of people who disregard others' time and commitments are defined as incompetent and lacking professionalism. Yesterday they replied saying they call and notify. False, we are the ones who notified this real estate agency since the person who was supposed to show us the property did not show up. They responded with the typical excuse that the real estate agent's vehicle broke down. They did not have the courtesy to notify us to cancel the appointment. As mentioned, they are incompetent.
