Negative experience: First and foremost, I wish every competitor in real estate the best in their business and that they work honestly and transparently according to the deontology of real estate. Unfortunately, it is the first time that I have had to do it this way via a bad review to get attention because this "real estate agent", namely Patricia Langkemper, has completely ignored our messages and acts as if nothing had happened before. My colleague Brigitte contacted them for the first time on September 8 with the request to arrange a viewing on October 23 at 1 p.m. on a property in Altea with reference C302 that is for sale with this real estate agent with the registration of our Belgian customer ( I will not mention this name here for privacy reasons of the customer). Patricia replied the same day that it is okay to do a viewing if the property is still for sale on this date, which was perfect. We are getting closer to the date of the viewing and on October 13 my colleague sends a message whether the house is still available to allow the viewing to continue with the same Belgian customer. Her response was that the house was currently reserved and that we would have to call back a few days later to find out if it had actually been sold. We had no problem with this because this can of course happen. BUT THEN: On October 19, 4 days before the actual viewing with our customer, our colleague Brigitte sent another email asking whether it had been sold, to which there was no response and after several telephone calls, there was no response. We then had to inform our Belgian customer that the viewing would not take place on October 23 because the house had been sold. WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE! Of course, our Belgian customer whose name we had passed on to Patricia by email to view the house with reference C302 in Altea this day is still searching online and the house is STILL for sale with this real estate agent and she was able to Contact Patricia directly on October 23rd. What does Patricia do? She allows the viewing to continue behind our back with this customer the next day on October 24 without notifying us as to why the customer purchased the home. Our Belgian customer informed us what happened and they did not feel good about it (because they do not know how the real estate agency works here in terms of agreements). Patricia informed them that we as an office will have to ask for an extra commission on the purchase amount from our customer because we were not on site for this viewing, while we as an office have done everything we can to ensure that the viewing continues on October 23 with the registration of this customer. What kind of pirate practices are these? According to deontology in real estate, these are simply not correct practices that this real estate agent Patricia carries out and I would like to inform all my competitors and even future customers not to work with this real estate agent because then such pirate practices will happen. I am sorry to have to write it this way because this broker Patricia did not even want to answer the phone with myself or my colleague to discuss this, which says a lot about such pirates in the business. We are a correct and honest company and we expect the same from our competitors in the Real Estate.

Fantastic experience: Very attentive, they know how to take good care of their customers and are very proactive. The place is very quiet and pleasant, perfect for relaxation. We have been coming back for many years and they always make you feel at home. Totally recommended.
