Fantastic experience: My experience with Costa Blanca Investments has been proved amazing and wonderful. When I was first landed three months ago in Altea from Shanghai China, before I met with Mr. Bruno, the partner of the company by chance, I have visited more than 15 properties in the area introduced by more than 5 different agents. Bruno demonstrated his patience and interests in listening to the voice from a customer wiht a lots of curiousity and careness. From that moment I was quite confident that he is well undersood my needs and he is right agent I can proceed further. One week later, Bruno prepared a list of property that he planed to showed me around. Fortunately after the first property I visited, I decided not visit others further but made an offer to the seller. Few days later, Bruno came back to me with a favorable deal from seller and I signed the Contract of Arres immediately. Alone with way until I signed the final contract at notary office days ago, he coordinateed everything with a very effective, professional and timely manner as always, he picked up the calls and meeting with me even during the weekend which is not the case in Spain. I should also mention his collegues Darcy, Marc... all of them are very helpful and with a high level professionalism, they are doing things in a "not Spainish way‘ which impressed me so much. I will definitely recommend anyone who plan to set up a home in Altea area, especailly those from China. Thank you Bruno and the team。

Negative experience: My experience of working with them was terrible - instead of advertising, they did anti-advertising, reducing their appearance, the size of the house, the size of the plot, the number of bedrooms. I still didn’t understand why.
