Fantastic experience: We bought a property in Caldes de Malavella in December 2010 and have NO regrets and Miguel and his Colleagues are second to none, if you are looking for a New Build Property look no further, very informative, happy to help in all aspects of buying a property and the support after is also very good through the Spanish system. We are looking to repaint outside and Miguel gave us good advice.
