Fantastic experience: We contacted the agency in May 2024 in person in Benalmadena after seeing their advertisement online. We are very happy and satisfied to have made this decision. Thomas was our main contact throughout the search and purchase process. He is an excellent professional, a very friendly person who listened to our expectations, needs, and concerns (!) and was very responsive. He guided us in our thinking and helped us develop the project (location, type of property, etc.). We really formed a team on this project and identified our apartment in September during a second visit to Benalmadena. The acquisition part with the sellers/the Spanish notary was rather managed by Anthony, the agency manager. We returned to France during this phase and the remote support was also very organized, clear, and smooth. Thomas also continued to assist us remotely for the setup of the apartment (help in finding a trusted craftsman in particular). Finally, Gwenola efficiently took care of finalizing the setup (insurance, water, electricity, management...). In conclusion, we are extremely satisfied with this comprehensive support: it is essential when making a purchase abroad, without this support our project would have been infinitely longer, more stressful, and complex. We recommend 'J'achète en Espagne' without hesitation and for a purchase with complete confidence!

Fantastic experience: I contacted Thomas as part of a project to buy a small village house in inland Andalusia while I had started a search on my own since I speak Spanish and had informed myself well in advance about the process. I met Thomas last week during my second prospecting trip in Andalusia to have him explain their way of operating in case my searches were unsuccessful and I decided to entrust them with the search for our property from a distance since it is extremely time-consuming. Thomas is extremely professional, caring, and perfectly masters all the intricacies of buying real estate in Spain, which is very different from buying in France. He knows the traps to avoid (and there are many). I ultimately found our small Andalusian house on my own without resorting to the services of jacheteenespagne, but knowing this, Thomas continued to check in on me during my trip and give me valuable advice. Without falling into paranoia, buying a property in Andalusia from a distance requires a lot of energy, time, and can generate a lot of stress. I can only recommend Thomas's services to anyone who does not speak Spanish, who does not want to spend hours visiting houses and endure a lot of stress going through all the emotions! Safety is priceless, but the region of Andalusia truly deserves it.
