Negative experience: I am very happy with whom I want to especially highlight Helena and David. They are very kind and friendly, and they make the experience a little more comfortable. Very good professionals. However, we did not have a good experience throughout the buying and selling process. It has been a complicated procedure and too many negative emotions (constant uncertainty, bad 'surprises', demands...) have been mixed when it should have been the complete opposite. Due to the complications, we needed good management from the real estate agency, and we did not have it. Practically everything fell on our shoulders and deadlines were completely neglected, to the point of having to cancel notary and management appointments and reschedule them... We have been demanded more than we could handle, even. Not to mention the very high costs of the real estate agency... And wanting to manage the financing on our own (and having done so), they didn't even deduct what corresponds. With all this, I hope that the rest of the clients have a better experience than ours.

Negative experience: Apparently, they are not very keen on selling houses. I have called several times in the last four days, and as they told me, they took a note for my colleague to call me. Either they didn't leave a note or the colleague is not interested in selling. If the housing market wasn't booming, they would put more effort into providing better service.

Negative experience: After some time has passed, I have decided to write: A reservation contract is signed for a house worth 295k. During the visit, they tell us that we were the first to see it, first LIE, as there had been more visits two days earlier. Second lie, the house was rented and they tell us that for the December bridge, the house would no longer be rented, LIE, as they were still living there at that time. Two actions that make me distrustful. At the signing of the earnest money, they tell me that the 'fund' that had the debt on the house, not the owner of the property, has increased by 25k after having a signed contract, SURPRISINGLY. Their fees are 5%, after this increase they say their fees go down to 4.5%, an amount that seems ABUSIVE to me. Obviously, we do not accept this increase, and they refund the reservation, luckily, because I was already distrustful. If I had backed out, I would have lost the reservation; since they did not fulfill the contract, I understand that they should have refunded me double. They have played with our time and our hope. I hope this comment helps people.

They give me their word for the rental, I tell them that on Thursday I have the missing paper, I show up to reserve the apartment, they don’t take my reservation and tell me to stay calm. Then they tell me they are not renting it to me. The sales agent does not respond to messages. It's not serious.

Llame para informarme de un piso a la venta, me comunicaron que estaba señalado y si se caía la venta me avisarían. Un buen día veo una bajada de precio del inmueble en la aplicación donde lo encontré, por supuesto, llamo de nuevo para informarme porque el piso realmente me interesaba. Me dicen que se ha caído la venta, pero no puedo acordar una visita porque el agente que lleva ese piso no está en ese momento, me llamarán, dicen... Pues después de 4 llamadas para ver qué pasaba, me contacta el agente que lleva el piso, me dice que su compañera se equivocó y el piso no estuvo señalizado, intentamos acordar una visita, me refiere que lo acordamos por whatsapp y me deja en visto, sin contestarme ni tan si quiera un ok. Entiendo que la venta inmobiliaria en Valencia está en un momento muy bueno porque los venden sin necesidad de esforzarse porque si no, no me explico el por qué de este pasotismo. Muy desagradable que le hagan perder el tiempo a una persona así. Un 0.
