Fantastic experience: I bought a property with AlteArt, I purchased off-plan, with the risks that it entails, and at first everything was great, everything was easy for executing the purchase. During the construction process, there were some delays, as can happen in any construction, nothing too important. Later, for the signing and delivery of keys, it is true that there were quite a few incidents in the property, at that moment the truth is that I was quite disappointed, for the fact that the property had not been reviewed before it was handed over, and they acknowledged this and apologized. I had to wait 5 months to be able to move in, while these incidents were being resolved. In the end, most of them have been resolved, but there was one where we were not very satisfied with the finish, for this reason, Christopher proposed to reach an amicable agreement, which I finally accepted, so both parties are satisfied. Otherwise, I must say and thank that Christopher has always responded and complied to ensure that the incidents were resolved, and in the end, it has resulted in a wonderful home, for which I will give 5 stars in this review. I also want to thank Anna and Alberto, who have kindly helped me with every little thing that may arise, now that I am finally making use of the property.

Our experience with AlteArt, spearheaded by the dynamic duo of Christopher and Irene, proved to be the former, even when occasional obstacles popped up. No project is ever smooth sailing, but Christopher and Irene never wavered. They tackled each issue head-on, adopting solutions that minimized delays and kept our project moving forward. In the spring of 2020, after buying a house in Altea Alteart, which was realised by the firm Favorit Inmogestion, we met Christopher and Irene, representatives of the firm. They welcomed us in a most spontaneous and friendly way. In the following time lots of things had to be organized in order to get the house according to our wishes and many other items that usually do not cross your mind, do cross your mind. When in Holland and unable to speak Spanish and unaware of many other things, they have proven to be ever good spirited, trustworthy, easily to get a hold on and ever quickly responding when being mailed to. So to say it almost feels like family. Their extraordinary after sale service lifts in many ways the burden of managing a house 1500 km from where we live.

Fantastic experience: While buying an unfinished construction halfway around the world is very exciting, it also has the potential to be incredibly stressful. Thankfully, with AlteArt representatives Chris and Irene to guide us through the process it turned out to be a wonderful experience. They were able to accommodate all our requests, from construction customization, to sending us measurements and positions so we could remotely plan our furniture. They also kept us informed at every step of the process, despite our time difference. In every early morning text or late night video call they were positive, cheerful, and helpful. The result of all of this is a beautiful, modern luxury villa with a terrific view, and also new and special friends. Thank you Chris and Irene, and thank you AlteArt!

Fantastic experience: We signed the contract for our house in Alteart just before the outbreak of Corona. Thanks to the good coordination of Chris and Irene, the transfer in July 2020 went well and we got the promised quality. We are excited about the view and modern architecture of model J. The architect has also designed our previous apartment “Hoyo 19”. Beautiful views of the sea, Altea and Albir, but also the skyline of Benidorm. Urb.
