Negative experience: I would like to share the experience of two young people excited to acquire their first home to create their life project. After viewing a property in the Moratalaz neighborhood, they put themselves in the hands of a supposed expert in these types of services, a certain Ana, in order to secure the mentioned property. This good lady, in the face of a lack of supply and excess demand, does not choose the first person who arrives, but rather the one she believes will sell the fastest, and therefore pocket the embarrassing amount they ask for as a commission sooner. This is another issue, years ago real estate agencies charged the seller, but increasingly it is common to charge both the buyer and the seller, under the pretense of supposed advice that, to be honest, consists only of showing the property, for which they charge 3.5% of the property's value. In short, as the great Rodrigo Rato said, 'it's the market, friends.' Friend Ana, you are not a good person, you lie to your clients, providing false information. If this helps in any way for you to sell one less apartment, I will consider it well spent.

Negative experience: They show their true colors. Little professional, they provide poor advice to the buyer. They make it easy for the client, do not provide guidance, and will hardly show you the flat if they think your profile is too low to purchase the property. I do not recommend them.

Negative experience: Desastre de inmobiliaria, desorganización, mala información y muy mala gestión, un caos!, personal incompetente

Negative experience: Carmen, la que enseña los pisos, es una estafadora y una gran INEPTA. Todo lo que dice que va a hacer, hace lo contrario. Pide que no des de baja los suministros cuando dejas un piso para cambiar de titular ella y no lo hace, hasta que no encuentran otro inquilino, dejan pagando al antiguo inquilino las facturas. Si te quejas, te bloquean el numero de telefono y no vuelves a saber de ellos. No dan de alta el IBI aunque te dicen que si, por lo que la fianza obligatoria a la Comunidad de Madrid, se la QUEDAN ellos. CUIDADO CON ESTOS ESTAFADORES
