Negative experience: A somewhat terrible experience! Our experience with this agency lasted 1 year and started with the rental of a "furnished" apartment that did not have anywhere near what it should have for the monthly amount paid. To be able to live in it, 2 adults and a child, we had to paint it completely and sanitize it. Along the way, for anything that was already broken when we rented (doors and windows that wouldn't close, non-functional oven, etc.), we had to make dozens of phone calls and emails, and the peak was at the end when, despite leaving an immaculate apartment, they did not change the water/electricity contracts from our name (as they requested) to the agency's name and we received bills, paid by us, for consumption made by the new tenants. The deposit was returned to us after 45 days, although legally it is a maximum of 30 days!!!!!! after many unanswered messages and emails to the agency and the owner. Want similar experiences? Work with them!

We spent weeks looking at numerous properties with various different agents, but Cristina was the only one to actually listen to our requirements and took the opportunity to drive us round and show us multiple places. She even offered to drive us home after which was very sweet! Throughout the whole buying process, she has been so helpful, replying to emails in literally minutes and following up with phone calls. She's also been instrumental in chasing solicitors which has been a great help. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, she was straight on the phone to them/emailed them to get an answer.
